Summary: Couldn't put it down!
Review: This was the fist book I read by Ms. Proctor, although, I am now going to have to go and buy all of her backlist. The story was wonderful. From the very first page I was completely sucked into the lives of Damion and Attica. Attica was a strong and courageous heroine, but I was drawn to Damion, a knight with a dark past who publically mocked chivalry, but was truly noble in his soul.

The best part of this book (besides the romance) was the texture of the story. You really feel you are a part of medeival France. The language and descriptions bring the era alive.

Anyway, I know it is a good book when I literally carry it around with me for a whole afternoon! I even read it in the car at stop lights!
