Summary: This is a sweet, slow paced love story.
Review: Although the heroine is sweet, and the farm life described is wonderful, the books starts too slow. In the first 150 pages the hero and herione have only bumped into each other once in a parking lot. There are many references to characters from other books, which was confusing. But the pig is cute!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: MOON DANCE is a book to cherish!
Review: Georgia Enright has come to a turning point in her life--to pursue the profession of a dancer or to move on. Taking leave of the ballet dance troupe she goes to visit her new half-sister Laura at the Bishops's Inn in Maryland.

At Pumpkin Hill, Laura's family's homestead, Georgia runs into Laura's adopted brother Matt, who wants her gone as soon as possible. He feels the Enright's are taking Laura over as far as he is concerned. Matt was adopted and has problems of his own to overcome before he can accept the Enrights into the family. Well, he'd better watch out for the love-bug that the Enright family is so good at spreading around.

Georgia accepts Laura's offer of staying at Pumpkin Hill until she decides what to do with her life. The sparks are flying when Laura finds she would like to teach ballet in the barn, and Matt wants to open his veterinary practice there too. Georgia's family comes to her rescue to help her move into her new digs and give her the loving support she's always known.

As Georgia gets into farm life she finds an adorable little pig has been wrecking the garden. Now she has the little porcine trotting behind her and can't bear to part with little Spammy! And she is starting to feel the same way about Matt too. And I can't blame her!

There are surprises in store for you that you won't want to miss out on, so as soon as you can, order from Amazon Com now, and then settle down for a fantastic read. MOON DANCE is filled with excitement, suspense, and a passionate love story told by a master storyteller who has written her best book yet--it's perfect!

"Reading a book by Mariah Stewart is like coming home, the best place to be! It's the loving arms, the ties that bind, the family traditions, resolving problems, great relationships, and the power of love that makes Ms. Stewart's stories so very special that you just want to hug them.

Review: I am glad I found this author, but it is a pity so many of her earlier novels are out of print. This one is a sweet love story, finely written.

Summary: Another wonderful journey into the heart
Review: M.S. has created yet another journey that jumps off the page and beckons the reader to come along. She creates a wonderful balance of what life is and what you would like it to become! A great escape filled with all that you might want for yourself.

Summary: For Fans of Nora Roberts' Trilogies
Review: Rarely do I decide to review a group of books instead of just one. And, while I believe each one of these books can stand on its own, readers will be so enthralled with the Enright family, they will want to read them all. Much like the wonderful family series by Nora Roberts, these books are to be savored as some of the best relationship novels of the 1990s.

DEVLIN'S LIGHT set on Delaware Bay is the story of criminal prosecutor India Devlin and the first Enright sibling, marine biologist, Nick. And although there is more of a mystery in this story as India attempts to find out who killed her brother, it's the relationship with Nick that's at the forefront.

WONDERFUL YOU, set in Chester Co, PA is tells Zoey Enright's story as she falls in love with Ben Pierce, a childhood friend. There are some light moments in this story when Zoey, would rather eat take out than cook herself, is required to prepare a few dishes in order to help demonstrate cookware in her job on-the-air at a home shopping network.

In MOON DANCE, Stewart tells the story of the youngest Enright, ballerina Georgia. Set in the Maryland countryside, we find Georgia who wants one certain barn as a dance studio, while her nemesis, Matt, has planned to use it as a veterinary clinic.

The settings of these stories are all so vividly described, it's hard to imagine they're not real places. Readers will want to visit Devlin's Lighthouse, Zoey's Garden, The Bishop Inn, and the farm at Pumpkin Hill.

A common thread running through all three books is the matriarch of the family, Delia Enright, bestselling mystery novelist, who loves her children but does interfere perhaps a little too much, but always in a caring manner. Many readers will wish they had a mother like Delia!!! Readers will also be happy to know that Delia gets a love interest of her own in MOON DANCE.

Mariah Stewart's books, like Nora Roberts' sibling sagas, are not about murder, espionage, or mystery (although each book has a bit of intrigue as well) but are instead about relationships - between a man and a woman, between a woman and her mother, between sisters. I can't think of many writers who can do this better. In all her books, strong secondary characters abound. She creates a world the reader is reluctant to leave after the last page is turned. Thankfully, readers can look forward to more of the Enrights in PRICELESS which will be out in 1999. It can't be soon enough for this reviewer. Reading each book has been like visiting an old friend.

Summary: A great read
Review: Since Georgia Enright was a little girl, she gave her all to the dance even at the cost of her childhood. After years in the same company, she knows she is talented, but fails to possess that extra magic needed to become a star. Even the dance has grown wary. Georgia decides to take her first vacation since she started dancing. She heads to the home of Laura, her half-sister, for some needed rest and relaxation.

Georgia falls in love with the serene area and rents Pumpkin Hill to help reenergize her. Her move upsets Laura's adopted brother Matthew, who is jealous of the Enrights and their relationship with Laura. His misgivings do not blind him from becoming attracted to Georgia's elfin charm. Matthew and Georgia fall in love with one another, but before they can find happiness they must remove the dangerous shadow that threatens Laura's life.

Mariah Stewart ends her "Enright" trilogy in high style as she cleverly ties up all the loose ends while bringing back beloved characters from the previous novels. MOONDANCE is a fine love story that pushes the romance into the mainstream arena. This reviewer hopes that Ms. Stewart provides readers with Laura's tale.
