Rating: Summary: adorable! Review: This was adorable, one of the best ones i have read by her. Bewitching was by far the most entertaining. This one was so cute, and incredibly romantic. I loved it!
Rating: Summary: Funny, Sweet, and Romantic Review: This was my first Jill Barnett book I've read and I loved it! I've read many books but none have ever made laugh out loud until I read this one. I like the fact that Merrick was very tolerate of Chlio and wasn't brutal like some male characters can be. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to read a fun, and romantic story.
Rating: Summary: Just Adoreable Review: This was the first book I read by Ms. Barnett and I am looking foreward to reading others, especially the next books in this series. This book was very cute and a nice lighthearted read. However I kept trying to figure out whether I thought the heroine was smart or stupid. Some of the things she did, while funny, were just outright dumb. This is in contrast to an overly sensible hero. Even though these two are at complete opposite ends of the personality spectrum I suppose that they did made a good pair. They were very loveable. However, the conflict was caused by random theives and armies. Maybe it's just me but I find books more interesting when there is a mystery to figure out and one of the characters is causing problems instead of outside forces. I also thought the book was rushed at the end like the author just wanted to finish it up quickly. However the ending was very pleasing and sutibly happily-ever-after-ish.

Rating: Summary: An absolutely WONDERFUL romance!! Review: WONDERFUL by Jill Barnett is that rarest of books--the kind that makes you laugh and cry and remember why you read romance in the first place. It pairs a beautiful, quirky heroine with a powerful, honorable hero and demands the very best of both of them as they discover the road to true love. It's humorous, poignant, and beautifully told. Well done!
