Summary: Yet again another WINNER for Nora Roberts!
Review: I recently became a Nora Roberts fan. She is a wonderful and brillliant writer. She keeps turning out book after book and has yet to disapoint. I Loved this book the humor and romance were refreshing.Calieb and Jacob didn't woo the Stone sisters easily, true women need to be fought for. I Loved the relationship between Sunny and Liberty and their parents. This book reminded me of River's End because of the mountains and babbling brooks. Time and Again as well as many others by Nora Roberts is entertaining and well worth the read. Enjoy! Keep writing Nora and we'll keep reading!!!

Summary: What Happened?!
Review: I should have listened to my gut instinct and passd on this one. It's not a bad or boring read, it's just that when I read a book I want to read something that keeps me really entertained I'm afraid this didn't do it for me. I'm a big fan of hers, but she blew it with this one. It's as if she didn't put her heart in it. Clearly not her best work. If you have a limited budget for books, you may want to save your money for something better.

Summary: The future mixes with the past
Review: I usually don't read this type of novel, but it has science fiction mixed with romance, and was rated high on the bestseller list. What does a woman do when a time warp lands a spaceship in the adjoining woods, and the man of her dreams steps out? And how do you explain the live-in boyfriend to your parents? The novel is really two stories. The first, "Time Was," is primarily about Libby and Caleb. The second, "Times Change," is primarily about Libby's sister, Sunny, and Caleb's brother, Jacob. The long, descriptive romantic encounters drag the story out, making a longer novel out of what could have been a novelette. Readers may get the feeling of being voyeurs in someone's bedroom. One can wonder how the author conducted the background research for the novel. The sexual content gives the novel an R rating.

Summary: Don't Deny Yourself
Review: I waited months to start this book -- I'm not particularly into sci-fi or time travel. However, desperate for a new read, I finally sat down and began to read the book. Much to my surprise it was another of Nora's excellent stories and I enjoyed the book afterall (even with the sci-fi and stretch of the imagination.)

Summary: Had some concerns, but great just the same!
Review: I was a little hesitant to read this latest re-issue of Nora Roberts. I am a big fan of her romance and mystery mix, as well as her more strictly romances. But I wasn't sure how I would like the time travel duo. But, I have to say, Nora pulled it off, weaving two stories of love with a little time travel. I have read books that I thought to be better by her, but given my doubts before reading this title, she did an excellent job.

So what happens to Caleb, stranded in the 20th century, and Libby in "Time Was"? Or Jacob, Caleb's brother who comes to rescue him, and Sunny in "Times Change"? The only way to find out is to take the time to read it. In my humble opinion, it is well worth it.

Summary: Re-print!
Review: If the description of the story is correct, this book is a re-print! It was issued under the name "Time Was /Times Change" in 1989 by Silhouette. I rated it 4 stars because a decade earlier (more than), this sort of time travel romance was popular and I enjoyed the book. It is really sad that the publishers change the title of a book to pass it as a new one.

Summary: Two Timeless Love Stories.....
Review: If you're a fan of sci-fi, time-travel, romance, and Nora Roberts...well honey, have I got a book for you! "Time and Again" brilliantly combines all of the above elements and molds them into the perfect romance novel. The two stories involve two brothers from the future and two sisters from the past who fall in love. I myself am not a huge fan of sci-fi and was reluctant at first to buy the novel. I picked the book up, read the back and sit it down at least 20 times over the course of a month before I decided that I would take the plunge and see if it interested me. I can proudly say that it did just that. It took only a day and a half for me to finish the book, I just couldn't put it down! Nora keeps the reader interested by weaving the future and the past together all the while adding that special brand of romance she is so famous for. Take a peak below at a small description of each story and then decide for yourself if "Time and Again" is for you. I betcha it is!

"Time Was"....
Caleb Hornblower, while on a supply run to Mars, gets sucked into a black hole and is thrust from the 23rd century to the 21st landing in the Klamuth Mountains in Oregon. Liberty "Libby" Stone, seeing what appears to be a plane fall into the mountains, goes in search of survivors. There she stumbles across Caleb, who she takes back to her cabin until she can get help. Libby has never met anyone as curious as Caleb, who seems interested in the most simplest devices. Soon attraction between the two starts to build and Caleb is forced to choose between going home and staying in the past with the woman he loves.

"Times Change"
Jacob Hornblower, Astrophysicist, has just found a way to travel back to the 21st century and bring his brother Caleb home. Jacob travels back in time and ends up in the same spot Caleb did almost two years earlier. At Caleb and Libby's cabin, Jacob meets Libby's spitfire sister Sunbeam "Sunny" Stone. Thinking at first that Jacob is a lunatic, Sunny throws him out of the house. But with an impending snowstorm ahead Sunny decides to let him stay until the storm subsides and his brother and Libby return from a short vacation. When the power is suddenly cut off, Sunny and Jacob must put their clashing personalities aside and stay warm. That's when things really start to heat up for these two. Knowing that his purpose is to retrieve his brother and return to the future, Jacob struggles to reveal the truth to Sunny. Will leaving her and returning home meaning leaving the one woman he truly loved behind forever?

Highly recommended Nora Roberts novel!!!!

Summary: A pleasantly well-crafted story.
Review: Nora Roberts does a fine job of taking the subject of time travel and actually making it seem real. Caleb Hornblower has crash landed into the future, and his brother follows to try to help him home. What the two of them find in this quirky century is more than they bargained for, and the pages keep turning, seemingly of their own accord. The story grips you incredibly and touches lots of soft spots. A definite Nora Roberts must-read.

Summary: could have done alot better
Review: The first potion of this book was really good but it went wrong somewhere i believe it had a promising storyline, i mean it really did but somewhere the story just went horribly wrong then kept dragging and dragging, i think nora could have done better than that coz the characters were really good i mean liberty and sunny were smart i liked that, but, the middle and ending was just dragged on far to long.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: great read!
Review: The first story is better than the second. I enjoyed the futuristic setting and I'm more of a historical person. Good job, NR!
