Summary: I was bored stiff by this book
Review: I would actually give this book 3 1/2 stars. It was an interesting and unique storyline, but there were a couple of things that just drove me crazy. First, I HATED all of the references to falcons. I was offended that the heroine was made to walk around like a falcon, was compared to a falcon, and was repetitively called "small falcon" by the hero. What was worse was that she seemed to be alright with it! Second, I felt they gre close much too quickly. Why did Ms. Lowell have the entire book basically take place in the course of no more than 4-6 weeks? The entire first half of the book we saw the hero waiting for the heroine to have her menstrual cycle so that he could be sure that any child she bore was his. Oh my goodness. Just get over yourself already! With this said, the last 3 chapters or so of the book were very good and exciting. Once I got to this part of the book, i couldn't put the book down and I really didn't want it to end. The hero finally showed some emotion and it was WONDERFUL. I actually had tears running down my face during his emotional speech before he goes to rescue her. I would have liked to see a little bit more of this emotion a little earlier in the book. Hopefully, the next two books in the series are even better.

Summary: Waiting for Erik!!
Review: I write to all avid readers as well as Ms. Lowell herself. I agree with the others that the story of Erik must also be told. I also search the shelves for this next tale and am dissapointed that it has yet to appear. Only with Erik's story will this great tale of Norman kings and Sacaren lands be complete.

Summary: Actually, 4 and 1/2 stars......
Review: Let me tell you....I have been in a kind of "great book" draught lately that has had me rather worried...I felt like I'd never find a "keeper" again..well..my search is over!! "Untamed" was SUCH a great book!!! I enjoyed the characters so much..they had such wonderful chemistry! I would have given this story a 5 star rating, but a few things got under my skin. I think what bothered me most was some of the embarassingly purple prose..also..I couldnt stand the constant references to the falcons...my only other complaint was that Dominic's jealousy became a bit tiresome at times..now...disregard all of those negative things I just wrote and run out and but this book! I think you'll be glad you did!

Summary: Predictable And Boring
Review: Looks like i'm in the minority again. I like Elizabeth Lowell okay but this story is not one her best. Untamed is set in medeival time. The hero has been awarded a wealthy heiress with a profitable estate in marriage. When he marries her, he proceeds to spend the rest of the story concerned with getting a male heir that is of his blood. He locks his wife in her room for a period of time, then has her followed for the rest of the story until she is pregnant. She has given him absolutely no reason at all for him to believe she has slept around, and I just could not stand to read about the heroine being imprisoned and followed around until she became pregnant. Lowell's other two stories in this trilogy(Forbidden and Enchanted) are good but this one became boring fast.

Summary: UNTAMED--The Best of The Best
Review: My all time favorite medieval fantasy. The chemistry between Dominic and Meg will leave you breathless. I love these two characters and the ones you are introduced to who have their own stories in FORBIDDEN and ENCHANTED. For the best in sensual seductive men, you must read them all.

Summary: Everyone shold have such a love , such a man.
Review: Of the trilogy, Domonic and Simon appealed to me the most. You can feel their strength and will in two wonderful books.

Summary: A great sexy medieval
Review: OK, I admit it I've never read an Elizabeth Lowell book until now. Whew, I didn't realize what I was missing! This was one of those rare books that hooked me in & wouldn't let me put it down.

The book starts out with the pending marriage of Lady Margaret (Meg) & returning Crusader Dominic le Sabra. Neither have laid eyes on the other before but are both willing to go along with the prearranged marriage. Meg accepts this as her fate (although she is by no means a wimp!) & Dominic wants to claim the castle & lands that come along with Meg and begin working on making himself some heirs. Only problem is that Meg happens to be one of the cursed Glendruid (white) witches that for centuries have been unable to conceive male offspring because of a witche's past mistake and the missing Glendruid Wolf. It has been rumored that all Glendruid women are unable to fall in love with a man and vice versa because their powers of perception make them cold and impossible to love. This isn't the only obstacle the couple must face in order to find happiness....

Meg is a charming heroine with a touching love for her people & land who will sacrifice everything to save the people who mean so much to her. She's truly an admirable character. Dominic is a wonderful scarred hero who wants nothing more than to settle down and end all of the fighting and bloodshed.

Overall this was a very sensuous and tender love story with a wonderful ending. I highly recommend it & can't wait to dig into the other books in this trilogy.

Summary: Great GrEaT GREAT!
Review: Simply put, this book was my personal fav out of all her books. It had the most action, best love story, and best heroine. I cried almost three times while reading it, and so for me that is an effect of a major-must-read novel!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: The Best!
