Summary: Wow, what a ride!!
Review: First of all, thanks so much to all of you who've made MY FALLEN ANGEL'S debut such a success! I'm thrilled to death. From stellar reviews to being nomintated Book of the Month by Affaire de Coeur Magazine...jeesh, what can I say except THANK YOU!

And to those of you who've been kind enough to send me fan mail...you're the best. I can't tell you how much your kind words mean to me. Wendy, sorry I made you blow up your hard boiled eggs. I'm touched you couldn't put the book down. And Fredia, thank you for telling me how much you enjoyed Prinny. Let me tell you, my parrot's every bit as much a character in real life. And to the rest of you, the time you took to send me a little note makes me realize how special a job I have. THANK YOU, TOO!

OK, so this is sounding like an Academy Award speech, but I just want to take the time and express my gratitude. You've made this author's life so very special. If I could kiss you all, I would.

Don't forget, I have another book due out in December 2000. (Anyone with a title suggestion, send it my way.) The story's about a woman with magical powers and the man who makes the hilarious mistake of kidnapping her. Let me know what you think of this one, too!

Summary: Very entertaining!
Review: For a first book, this was very good. I started reading it as soon as I pulled it out of the Amazon box and it was halfway through the book before I looked up again. I finished it the next day. It had humor, adventure, a very appealing hero, an endearing heroine (after you got use to the fact that she was very young) and the mystical, otherworldly quality that reminded me of some of Katherine Kane's books. I would definitely recommend this as a must read and I look forward to her next book.

Summary: Review
Review: From: Rendevous Magazine

To assure himself a place in heaven, Garrick Asquith-Wolf has been sent back to earth to protect a young boy's life. His earthly life as a pirate had not prepared him the rigors of being a guardian angel. Keeping the boy alive is easy compared to controlling his desire for the boy's earthly protector, Lucy Hartford. Lucy has never cared about appearances, her enthusiasm and passion for life has resulted in one madcap adventure after another. The attraction between Garrick and Lucy is apparent from their first meeting. As Lucy plan and schemes to become closer to Garrick, he fights tooth and nail to resist her because his very soul is at stake.

Combining a historical setting, the paranormal, suspense and swashbuckling action, Ms. Britton has crafted a distinctly unique tale. Snappy dialogue and sizzling passions are interspersed with some laugh out loud situations that captivate the reader. Pamela Britton is a name to remember and watch for. RG

Summary: Dead pirate comes back to fight in steamy romance
Review: Garrick Asquith-Wolf is an nineteenth-century lover to die for... well, maybe not literally. Garrick is killed on the deck of a pirate ship during battle. One month later he returns as Lucy Hartford's protector as he fights the forces of good and evil. Lucy falls for Garrick the instant they meet. Britton's love scenes are emotion-filled and intense, arousing the most jaded reader. A slow build-up and steamy foreplay give her story an edge over bland, boring past century deliveries. Hot as a mainstream contemporary with a touch of humor.

Summary: Very good.
Review: I have given this just a 3 because I am still reading it, but wanted to say that the UPS man delivered this book right after I had finished Whisper of Roses, by Teresa Medieros. I opened the book and started reading the first page, just to get a feel of it. I didn't plan on reading it right away - I had already picked out another book to read, but I soon found myself halfway through the book before I thought about putting it down. Lucy's almost childish behavior kept putting me off at first, until I reminded myself she was 18 years old, then I was able to get into it. Even though I haven't finished it yet, I am enjoying it very much and would definitely recommend it as a must read.

Summary: Another Winner
Review: I really don't understand how any reviewer could say an author was trying to convince readers she was witty. Huh? Then again any body who would read all five of an authors books just to come to Amazon and say nasty things about them seems suspcious to this buyer. Ms. Britton's competition maybe?

Don't be fooled. This is another heartwarming tale by author Pamela Britton. Those who are familiar with her work (as I now am) will not be disappointed since it has her trademark humor and an ending that will make you cry. So far this book is my second favorite with Tempted number one.

Lucy Hartford is on a mission. She's determined to prove that a little boy she is caring for is a lot more than an orphan. Enter the hero. Garrick Wolf was sent to help Lucy with her cause. The only problem is Ms. Lucy instantly fancies herself in love with the hero. Oh and did I mention he's an angel? What follows is a story that had me laughing out loud so many times I had tears coming out of my eyes. The penalties were hilarious as was the parrot. Believe me, it's worth buying this book used. Well worth the money.

Summary: What a Wonderful Read
Review: It beats me how someone could NOT love this story. I guess it shows different strokes for different folks. This book made me laugh and cry and laugh all over again. It's rare that I can't put a book down but this one seemed glued to my hands. Bravo Ms. Britton! I'll read your next book too.

Summary: What a HUNK of an angel - HE CAN PROTECT ME ANY TIME!
Review: It is hard to beleive that this book was written by such a new romance writer. Once I got into it, I couldn't put it down. I started reading it in the afternoon and got so involved in that story that I forgot to make dinner for my family. We ate pizza that night. It made me laugh and then it made me cry. I can't wait till Pam Britton writes another book - I WILL BUY IT IN A MINUTE!
