Rating: Summary: An Interesting Sequel.... Review: This was a book I eagerly anticipated, for ALL THAT was indeed, ALL THAT!!! As I began reading, a gamaut of emotions swirled through as I indentified with the real emotional turmoil her returning female lead Venice Anderson felt when... WHAT YOU'D THINK, I GIVE IT AWAY??? BUY THE BOOK!!!!Craig Bennett, the noble runner-up from the prequel, is on board as well. Seven years later, does he find love again? For that, you have to read a well told, fast paced story. Between the drama and excellent plot, Darrien delivers a powerful message with regards to the afterlife that you don't want to miss, and she does this with style, as well as a growth in writing love scenes that leaves you begging for more. Simple, yet effectively, Darrien gets the job done.
Rating: Summary: Go out and get it Review: This was a great follow-up book. I read this in three days. This book is highly recommended, well worth the money. But don't read this unless you read All That And A Bag of Chips, because you will not know what's going on.
Rating: Summary: Been there, done what? Review: Thought it would be better than the first. Boy, was I wrong!
Rating: Summary: Author Darrien Lee Does It Again Review: Well what can I say this was a well written book that I read in one day. I was mad that I finished this book so I had to read the last chapters over again. Venice just seems to such a blessed woman. Even in tragedy things work in her favor. I will not give away the plot but this was a great sequel that will indeed put you in the mind of E.Lynn Harris. Darrien don't take to long with your next book. I hope it will include the Andersons, the Taylors and the Bennetts. They are real family.
Rating: Summary: Great Read Review: While I loved All That and a Bag of Chips, I found the sequel doesn't compare. It was too unrealistic. But it was nie to catch up with the characters and see where they are in their lives and careers. While not as good as her first, it is still worth reading. Looking forward to What Goes Around Comes Around.
