Summary: QUICK GETS BETTER
Review: In this book Ms.Quick truly shines. This has got to be one of her better book. Although some parts were boring it really flowed nicer than some of her other ones. I really enjoyed the hero and herione they were very sweet together.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Archaology and romance go hand in hand and make this a great
Review: Take the 1930's, archaology, and romance and you have a great novel. Ms. Quick again weaves a wonderful tale. The romance was light and delightful without getting too detailed

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: Same old, same old
Review: These stories are getting old and quite repetitive! I would not waste my time!

Summary: A pleasing continuation of what makes Quirk marvelous
Review: This book continues Quirk's wonderful tradition of combining bluestocking heroines with dashing (and slightly dangerous) leading men. This book is a delight to read, not only for the way that Quirk pokes fun at Regency society (in particular with the Zamarian society), but in the way that she pokes fun at relationships themselves. Immodest Imogen is a wonderful heroine who keeps the reader on their toes and laughing constantly between her interest in stimulating Zamarian sexual secrets and her belief in Colchester's weaknesses. While the plot and ending are very predictable to those that have read Quick's books before, it is still a delightful read.

Summary: Best Amanda Quick I've read so far
Review: This book was the third I read by Ms. Quick and is the third excelent book I've read by her. Imogen was just so loveable and Matthias was another of those heroes I wish I could have to myself. It was interesting to see how both of these characters evolved during the story. Patricia also added a little something extra to the storyline and made the story more enjoyable. Lastly, usually in a book I can predict exactly who dunnit but this book had several plot twists, even in the very beginning, that kept me on my toes waiting to find out what happens next. This book is a great read that I would recommend to anyone who loves romance with a little bit of mystery.

Summary: A fun read
Review: This was a fun read. I especially loved seeing Cold-blooded Colchester take full advantage of Imogen's assumption that he had delicate nerves (once he failed to convince her that her assumption was false). The story was interesting and had a clever plot.

One caveat: I was a bit disappointed that the truth concerning "the big surprise" of the story didn't explode in Imogen's head as soon as it did into mine. (Colchester had an excuse; the set-up of the "surprise" had been given to Imogen by her aunt.) Anyway, by keeping Imogen in the dark long after a careful reader would have figured out the plot surprise, it was a bit insulting to this reader's intelligence. Did Amanda Quick think that it took her readers as long as it took Imogen to find out the final plot twist?

Other than this, Mischief was a highly entertaining and amusing read.

Summary: GREAT WAY TO PASS TIME
Review: This was just a great way to pass time. I brought it when I was driving down to Florida and it was very cool. The reader on it is great and they provide great music in the background. The only thing I have to say is it is abridged so you do miss quite a deal of the story. Like how some characters redemmed themseleves, because I did go back and read the whole book. So yes this is a nice recording and its very decently done.

Summary: A Quick Read Because You Can't Put it Down!
Review: This was probably the 2nd novel I've read by Amanda Quick and I did enjoy it immensely! The heroine 'Immodest Imogen' and the hero 'Cold Blooded Colchester' were both hoots in their own way. I found myself laughing out loud with both the dialog and the descriptive scenes that catapulted me into the room as a fly on the wall!

I like the fact that neither were interested in impressing anyone in the 'ton'. They both, did it their way! It was a great matchup of two distinctly individual upper class folks!
Great story - had trouble putting it down. Very enjoyable read!
