Rating: Summary: This author makes magic feel real Review: In spite of the nasty Scottish weather, Tempest did not want to linger any longer at the home of her sister Sarina and her new brother-in-law the witch Dagon. However, instead of using her powers to beam herself home, Tempest decides to drive on the treacherous roads. As the storm worsen and visibility vanishes, Tempest hits a walking Michael Deeds. She takes him to a nearby village where the doctor informs her that he suffered a broken leg.Feeling guilty and heeding a vision her sibling foreseen, Tempest takes the rugged American into her home for him to heal. While Michael recuperates, an attraction erupts between he and Tempest. However, she wonders if he might be the warlock she once loved and banished. If he is that person, will he select love or return to the darkness that ended their previous relationship. If he is not that person, Tempest wonders why she feels so deeply towards him. In a relatively short time, Donna Fletcher has become one of the wizards of the fantasy romance sub-genre. Her latest tale, MAGICAL MEMORIES, will enhance her reputation for making the impossible seem plausible. The story line is fun due to the interaction of the charming lead characters. As with WEDDING SPELL, Ms Fletcher places her fans under a magical spell of enjoyment. Harriet Klausner
Rating: Summary: Magical Review: Once I started this book, I was unable to put it down. The way this book also brings character's from her previous books into this book is interesting. I can't wait for her next book.
Rating: Summary: Nice Review: This was a nice book. I read the first two in this series, Magical Moments and The Wedding Spell and enjoyed them all, even though the first 2 were better. I liked seeing the pregnant Serina and Ali -- so funny! I enjoy the supernatural in books and love was a good theme, but "love conquers all" was a bit overdone and I began to get sick of how the theme was constantly drummed into the reader -- we really don't need to be told 20-kazillion times. By the end of the book, I was sick of the lectures on love -- but I am glad I read this anyway -- a real feel good book and it looks like another sequel might be coming with Sydney. :)
