Review: "Tiger Prince," was the first book that I read by Sandra Brown and it made me a fan for life. She has such a mastery with words and scene development that she is able to make one feel as if they are right there with the characters.
From the hum-drum drudgery of her job in Washington, D.C. to the steamy, mysterious tropics of Jamaica, the reader is able to follow the heroine, Caren, through a romantic adventure that most women only dream of living out. The hero, Derek, contains the perfect blend of sensuality, strength, humor and vulnerabilty so that the reader will want to keep reading, even if it's just to get to know this dream-guy better.
Every page, every sentence, of this book is an adventure. I read it in one night because I couldn't put it down. For those of you out there with sophisticated tastes in romance novels, I VERY highly recommend this, or any other, Sandra Brown novel.

Review: Here you've got your basic sypnosis: guy meets girl, guy lies to girl, guy loses girl, guy gets girl back... Oh wait, there's more--the guy happens to be an exotic prince from a far-off land. Hmmm... Not exactly realistic, but what romances are? Hey, I'm not trying to be cynnical or anything, I'm just pointing out the parts that needed buffering. But overall, a good read.

Review: I am hooked on Sandra Brown's books. The Tiger Prince is a very sexual and romantic read. I loved it! I have read it 4 times. I have read more than 30 of her titles. Without a doubt, she is my faverite romance author.

Summary: Best gift I've gotten in a long, long time
Review: I received the Sandra Brown book Tiger Prince from a very good friend after I returned home from the hospital. I had to be home from work for 7 weeks and she said this was a good book to be home with. WOW was she right. I loved it. Derek and Caren were the most romantic couple. It was sensual and will certainly hold your interest page after page. I've began my second Sandra Brown book, The Witness, recently and once again she's captivated me with her writing. I can't wait to finish this one and begin another. Sandra Brown is a wonderful romance author!

Review: I remember, Tiger Prince was the first book I read by Sandra Brown and it had such an impression on me that from then I would blindly choose any book with Sandra Brown's name on it!! It is such a sensual, entertaining book, one that you just don't want to put down -even to use the bathroom! The exciting sensual plays woven into the words appealed to me greatly and what I liked best about it was that to this day, I can remember each scenario from the book vividly. Loved it!

Summary: Fantasy That Is A Little Over The Top
Review: In Tiger Prince, Caren Blakemore takes a needed vacation to Jamaica, where she meets Derek Allen. As they spend the week together in the romantic atmosphere they soon become lovers. The beginning of the book is more like a fantasy and fairy tale as Caren and Derek become "soul mates" within hours of meeting. Once back from their vacation the book starts to pick up and become more realistic. Caren finds that Derek has a secret he failed to tell her and she finds herself in a terrible situation. Tiger Prince is slow starting and once you get past the vacation in Jamaica it picks up the pace and becomes a pretty decent romance novel.
