Summary: A good romantic story
Review: I have read lots of Christian romance novels, but The Knight and the Dove has remained one of my favorites.
Megan and Braken had some problems. They started out all wrong and neither were sure they like the other-which wasn't good since they are expected to get married very soon. It takes a lot to work out thier differences and it didn't help that Megan had a scheming sister who wanted nothing more than to cause Megan pain.

Summary: My Favorite Book!!!!!
Review: I really enjoyed this novel, and would gladly recommend it to anyone. It's a very well written story, and very entertaining as well. I found it hard to put down. This book deserves many stars, I would give it 10 if I could! It's a good clean Christian romance novel.

Summary: Best of the Series
Review: It all begins with an order from King Henry that Bracken must marry one of Lord Vincent's daughters, the beautiful Marigold scorns the idea of marrying a mere Earl and refuses to marry him, so the task falls upon Megan. She is taken from her home at a convent and thrown into Bracken's home. Mistaken as a servant at first, she spends her first days sleeping in blacksmith shop. When Bracken finally appears she makes herself known and then the trouble begins.
After weeks of quarreling, misunderstandings, and a few attempts of running away, they are married. King Henry, pleased at the obedience of Bracken, makes him an Duke. Upon hearing the news, Marigold goes mad with jealousy and is determined to get Bracken for herself . . . the only problem is that her sister is married to him and Bracken is very much in love.
The Knight and the Dove has to be my favorite of this series. I am ever amazed that Lori Wick never seems to disappoint when I go to pick up one of her books.

her best and my personel favorite of all the books I've
ever read.

Summary: No surprise- it's great
Review: Of course you shouldn't be surprised that it's a good book! All of Lori Wick's books have been wonderful. It is great to read a love story that is tender and moving, yet doesn't steam when you look at the cover! I have enjoyed all of her books and this one is certainly no exception.

Summary: Captivating
Review: This book made me sit down and read the whole thing in one sitting! It was wonderful and I enjoyed it tremendously. I was able to see a glimse of history and a sweet love story in one! Excellent!

Summary: identify with Megan
Review: This is one of my favorites for many reasons. First of all, I like stories about pre-arranged marriages. They keep you in suspense. I kept wondered--How are they EVER going to get along! But God saw them through.

Another good lesson this book conveys is about jealousy/hatred between siblings. Even though her sister is cruel to her, Megan is usually under control and seeks her guidance from God, no doubt. It would be a terribly difficult situation to be in.

Third, this book show that you can't judge a book by it's cover. Or a person by their looks. I'd never guess that Braken is actually a kind, gentle person from the picture on the cover! This book taught me to look within the hearts of people. Happy reading!

Summary: The best in the series!
Review: This is the best book. I am a Christian at 14, and most romance books have no Christianity in them. This is so nice. I feel Megan and Bracken's pain, and it keeps you in suppense till the end.

Summary: A lovely romance that will sweep you away!
Review: This is the third book in this series that I have read and it is my favorite. The story was so well-written that I felt as if I was actually transported back to the middle-ages. Even though Mrs. Wick is criticized for creating "unbelievable" characters in many of her books, I felt that in this particular book the characters were more than believable. I enjoyed her consistancy as there is nothing I dislike more than to read a book that is to take place during a particular period of time but the language or the "scenery" is not of that time frame.

My favorite thing about the book was following Bracken and Megan as they grew from strangers to lovers, and how they grew in their spiritual walk together. I also enjoyed following Bracken as he learned to court and woo his wife. It was so tender and sweet that by the time he tells Megan he loves her you can't help but cheer out loud.

Anyone who enjoys a good, clean, not to mention Christian, romance, would certainly enjoy this book. I highly recommend it!
