Summary: I love cherry adair - but this book was lacking
Review: And I loved Kill and Tell. There are nine glowing reviews and I thought, I must have missed something. So, I opened the book in 3 different sections and have felt the same thing...did Cherry Adair write this? Cat and Luke, they did not ring true; the misunderstandings seemed very contrived. Sorry, I can't wait to get rid of this book. I was very disappointed.

Summary: Absolutely fantastic
Review: Catherine "Cat" Harris decides she has waited long enough for Luke Van Buren to stop treating her like his younger sister instead of his lover. Just because they are step-siblings does not mean they could not find happiness together since they share no blood ties. To shake Luke up, Cat asks him to find her Mr. Right but first teach her the art of seduction.

Luke knows that his feelings for Cat have evolved from older brother to wannabe lover. However, he promised his deceased dad, who loved his stepdaughter Cat, he will take care of her. Romance and seduction does not fit the definition of caring for Cat even if it feels right. He does not want her to find anyone else. He also knows if he starts teaching her how to seduce Mr. Right, he will be the one "biting her butt."

SEDUCING MR. RIGHT is a humorous romantic romp starring two likable lead characters. The story line is fluff, but it is escapist fluff that entertains the reader thoroughly. Cat's antics provide the audience with amusing scenarios that keep Luke on edge in more ways then one. It is their tender relationship that will have readers walking down the aisle of their bookstore to obtain other novels by Cherry Adair and other authors' books in the wedding celebration series.

Summary: Fun & Sexy
Review: Catherine Harris has been in love with Luke Van Buren since she was a teenager. Determined to snag the elusive bachelor once and for all, she concocts a plan aimed at getting the committment-phobic Luke to see her as a sexy, available woman. She tells Luke that she wants to get married, and as her friend, she'd like him to help her find Mr. Right.

Luke, meanwhile, doesn't think any man is worthy of Cat, himself included. Nevertheless, he agrees to help her despite the jealousy that plagues him. It doesn't take long, however, for Luke to realize that the only Mr. Right he wants in Cat's life is himself.

Cherry Adair's latest release is a sexy and delightful romp that satisfies from start to finish. I highly recommend picking up a copy of this one.

(sexual content = PG-13)

Summary: Sizzling Romance!!
Review: Catherine Harris has loved Luke Van Buren since she was six years old, when her mother married his father, and he became her stepbrother. She's been in love with him since she was sixteen. But Luke knows how hurt Cat was by him when they were kids, and he's resolved to make it up to her, and put his desires on hold. But Cat has other ideas, and sets out to seduce him within an inch of her life. Little does she know that Luke doesn't need to be seduced, that he's been in love with her forever. However, a little persuasion can't hurt!
This book had me laughing out loud at some of Cat's antics. The beginning was hilarious. It's also a VERY sexy read. I'd recommend it to anyone!

Summary: Seducing Mr. Right
Review: Falling in love with each other can be hard especially if one is fighting their attraction. Read how one attracts another in this book. This is a great read.

Summary: One Long Seduction Scene
Review: Great light reading. Ms. Adair took a subject with faintly taboo overtones (romance between step-siblings) and gave it a nice spin. For those of you uncomfortable by the subject, know that the characters are in no way blood kin, and nothing nasty happened while they were children. This is one of those "she's loved him forever, he finally notices her as something other than a kid sister" kind of books. The twist being that, after an incident earlier in their lives, he made a vow to his father always to be a good big brother to her and to watch over and protect her, a vow he's now having a hard time keeping.

What I liked about this book is that it told the story from both character's viewpoints. She is trying to make him aware of her as a woman, but unknown to her, he's been aware of that fact for a long time and has been trying to resist it. She's a nester, he's a player, she wants marriage, he wants to be free. Both have issues resulting from their parents' multiple marriages.

The plot device to bring them together, while a familiar one, worked in this book, because the sexual tension was maintained without becoming silly. I've usually stayed away from the Harlequin Temptation books just because of the covers which always seem to show photos of people half-undressed in bed, but I was pleased with this one and may try more in the series since the phrase "you can't judge a book by it's cover" seems to apply with them. :-)

Summary: ROMANCE AT ITS BEST!!!!!!!!!!!
Review: I thought Luke was an absolute sweetheart when it came to Cat. This is what I would call one of those sweet, romantic love stories, where girl gets boy. What I like about it the most is the fact that the romance was the main focus and there wasen't alot of other "stuff" getting in the way. Highly recommend!!
