Review: Mrs Mike was given to me by my mom when I was about ten years old. She said it was one of her favorites, and now its one of mine. This book will make any young woman love to read. It is one of the only books that I have read more than once; who has time with new books coming out every day? I would recomend it to anyone.

Summary: A heart-warming book that everyone can take something from
Review: I have read this book in 10th grade, the same year I came to the U.S. from Eastern Europe. I didn't speak much English but I took my dictionary and translated every word I didn't understand to my native language. I spent all of my free time reading Mrs. Mike. The story touched my heart so much I found myself crying. I could completely relate myself and feel for all the characters and their struggle. This book made me realize that life is a battlefield and we must fight. This book is a must for every educated and passionate reader.

Summary: A Wonderful Book for All Ages
Review: I first read Mrs. Mike as a required reading book in 7th grade almost 20 years ago. I read it in one weekend which never happened with a required book. I had fond memories of this story, thinking of the book often over the years. Two weeks ago, on a trip with my four year old to our local library, I decided to check it out. I was once more captivated by the story and decided to buy a copy for myself and for my daughter when she is old enough. I was absolutely thrilled to see that it is still in print. If you haven't read it yet, please do.

Review: i was thrilled to find mrs.mike is still being published. it is a wonderful story, no matter how many times i read it, it's just like being in the far north with katherine mary. i first read the book as a child and am happy to own an original hard cover copy printed in 1947.

Review: This has got to be my all time favorite book. I first read it 15 years ago and have been addicted to it since. Unfortunately, my copy was stolen about 10 years ago so I am grateful to have found it again. This story is about a very brave woman who conquers her fears. If you have not read it, please do. You will enjoy it.

Summary: THIS IS MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE BOOK
Review: My mom read this book to me about three years ago, the last one she ever had read to me. I loved the book and looked forward to the times when we could read the story. After finishing, I found out that I was named after the main character and my brother was named after Katherine Mary's husband Micheal. Since then I have read this book SO many times it's kind of pathetic. If you love adventure, romance, history, or real life comedy then READ THIS BOOK!

Review: When I was 12 y/o, this was the 1st book my sister ever got me to read without complaining about how many pages it was! Once I started reading it, I couldn't stop. I have re-read it many times over the years and it is still as heartwarming to me now as it was then!
