Review: The long awaited story of Ashton and Netherland has finally bloomed into a remarkable book. Be prepared to lose sleep when you start reading because you will not want to put it down. The first time Ashton met Netherland he was determine to have her for his wife. But being a military brat Netherland swore that she would never give her love to someone in the military. But once she met Ashton her vow was tested to the ultimate level. I can't give the full details but I will tell you that you will not be disappointed with this book. The love scenes are HOT, you are caught up with previous characters. You get to guess the sex/name of Trevor and Corinthians baby, meet new Madaris members as well as new friends of the family. I personally can not wait for Alex and Christy's story. Mrs. Jackson leaves your mind wondering if they will ever get together. Thank you Mrs. Jackson for books that will keep you wanting more and for helping me lose sleep.

Review: Brenda Jackson is a master storyteller. Her novels literally pull you in front page 1. Her Madaris family and friends has become a favorite series on many bookselves across America. When Brenda tells a story everyone is listening. Surrender is her next installment in the Madaris family and friends saga. Ashton Sinclair has had his eye on Netherland(Nettie)Brooms for quite some time. The only thing is Nettie won't give the man the time of day. Ashton decides no matter how hard she tries to resist him, he is going to make Nettie HIS. Nettie was what we call an "army brat". As a child, her family moved around alot. Her father was in the military and was stationed in different parts of the country. This means that each time Nettie got comfortable in a place and found friends they had to move. She decided that when she became an adult, she would never marry someone in the military. She opens her own restaurant called "Sisters". Sisters was a great investment for Nettie. It became a popular spot and alot of single women met single men at her establishment. Trevor Grant, Dex and Clayton Madaris use to be regulars, until they got married. Oh, they returned, but with their wives. Nettie met Colonel Ashton Sinclair through mutual a friend Trevor Grant. Trevor was in the Marines with Ashton at one time. Nettie thought Ashton was a very handsome man and tried to ignore his blatant attraction toward her. She was dead set against going out with him, because he was a military man. Ashton had no shame in going after what he wanted "Nettie"! He even told her that he loved her. Nettie couldn't believe it. He was breaking her resistance and finally she Surrendered. I really loved the way Ms. Jackson brought all of our favorite people back to us. Brenda even introduced us to some other members of the Madaris family. I also was very intrigue by the Christy Madaris and Alex Maxwell relationship. She put just enough of it in this book to make you wonder what is going to happen between the two. I am glad Netherland decided to make her decision with her heart. I don't think Ashton was the kind of man that would give up easily anyway. He had already waited three years for her. If you have never read a Brenda Jackson book, you better get started (smile). Start with Tonight & Forever followed by: Cupid's Bow (Anthology in A Valentine Kiss), Whispered Promises, Eternally Yours, One Special Moment, Fire and Desire, Truly Everlasting (Anthology in Something to Celebrate), Secret Love and True Love. Ms. Jackson, I only had the greatest expectation from you my friend! Great Job!

THIS IS JUST ANOTHER ONE OF THE MANY THINGS, SHE HAS IN STORE FOR WOMEN LIKE ME. I THANK GOD FOR HER DEARLY. BECAUSE, WHEN YOU PICK UP ONE OF MRS. JACKSON'S BOOKS, YOU CAN BELIEVE, YOU WILL NOT PUT IT DOWN, UNTIL YOU'RE FINISHED. BRENDA JACKSON IS JUST LIKE THE ENERGIZER BUNNY, SHE KEEPS GOING AND GOING. Review: Mrs Jackson has done it again with a wonderful love story line with a little twist. This is a great story and a must read. What a wonderful clan the Madaris family and their friends are. If you havent read any of Ms Jackson's books then now may be the time to go purchase all the books, line them up and read each story to learn about the family member/friends in her stories. What a great continuation. I cant wait to hear about Rainey & Howard, Jada & Rome, Alex & Christy. Ms Jackson you have to please do a 3 book release. I am starving for the next episode. Keep up the great work and God Bless you and your family for giving you the time to share yourself with you readers.

Summary: Can I give it 10 stars
Review: I don't get a chance to read a lot of romance novels, but when Brenda Jackson is the author, I make time to read it. The Madrias brothers and their friends make for good romanctic and adventurous times. This story is Ashton's. He first laid eyes on Netherland about 3 years ago. He knew she was the one for him, but his problem was to convince her of that fact. Netherland had vowed never to love a military man, but Ashton just persisted until she decided to give him a chance. And once she did, it was on from there. I really like how Ms Jackson keeps us abreast of all her other characters but interweaving them in the story. She also introduces new characters that you just know are going to have a book of their own real soon.I just wish we could get maybe 3 books a year!! My other wish was that Ashton was on the cover instead of the cartoon figure.

Review: This book was worth the wait, not only do we see Ashton Sinclair carry out his plan of attack against the elusive Netherland Brooms, but we are introduced to three more ultra fine Madaris men in twins Blade and Slade along with cousin Luke. Ashton was determined to realize his "vision" for he and Netherland, he planned to not only have her as his wife but the mother of his sons, triplets no less, regardless of how impossible the obstacles proved. Netherland tried to resist the irresistable man that refused to let her shut him out of her life with her refusal to date him. But, Netherland soon realized that Ashton was more than a uniform, he was to be her destiny. Throughout the book we get to glimpse into the lives of Trevor and Corinthians as they prepare for baby Grant, Alex and Christy confronting the promise that will surely prove another blockbuster sequel, we meet Rome and Jada as they surrender to the possiblity of happiness, we see Brenda weave the lives of our favorite characters together as they struggle against a crisis that could mean life or death. This is Brenda at her 5 star best.... I am glad to add this to my Madaris collection.

Review: Brenda Jackson has done it again. This story includes old and familar charaters from her books. The Madaris', The Maxwells and the rest of the gang, and they are all here in rare form! I finished this book in one day and would highly reccommend you sit back grab a cool drink and enjoy the ride!

Review: Surrender was such a beautiful book. There was so much love from so many couples I could'nt put the book down. I loved catching up on the Madaris family and friends. Please write about Chrissy and Alex. I would also like Sir Drake to find a special woman to bring love back into his life. If you want tons of romance, Read Surrender and enjoy.

Review: I REALLY enjoyed this book. It was so good to hear about Dex, Clayton & Justin again. I just loved the way Ms. Jackson bought together Ashton and Netherland, and what's so great about that hook-up is I remembered them from the other book. I can't believe Caitlin and Dex are having another child which will be there 3rd. Clayton & Syneda are doing fine, and the rest of the bunch. Alright Brenda, I'm expecting another book about Alex & Chrissy... Excellent story, exciting, up lifting and romantic, Keep up the good work...
