Summary: The book burned in my hand, I couldn't put it down!
Review: Although a bit of a novice to erotic literature, I found this book richly romantic. I've read several letters to Penthouse over the years, but was always left a bit longing for some real passion. Each fevernt yarn is sensitive and deliciously sexual. A good choice for any women with romantic and sensual fantasies.

Review: Angela Knight's futuristic space romance (and it *is* romantic!) is worth the cost of the book all by itself. The others all range from good to great, but I considered them just a bonus. "Roarke's Prisoner" tells of two enemy starship captains who had a sensual run-in in the past and have not been able to stop thinking about one another. Finally, he has captured her and has her at his mercy. As much as he hates her cause, his personal feelings for her run deep and what could be a cruel and vengeful imprisonment instead becomes an incredibly erotic entanglement. I'd give this story 10 stars if I could! I have read all of the Secrets books but this is the only one I have kept, because I re-read this story so often.

Review: Don't read this on the bus! You'll miss your stop! This is fabulous anthology, particularly Doreen DeSalvo's story -- which is UNBELIEVABLY steamy and intimate and sensitively told. it really pulls you in. Looking forward to more from her!

Review: Great stories that pack a lot of steam. Tension is solidly created as well as lively dialogues come with this book. Bonnie Hamre, Susan Paul and most especially Angela Knight should write more. Short stories but ultimately satisfying. Greatly recommended!!!!

Review: I have loved all the Secrets anthologies but especially the ones with stories by Angela Knight. She has another great one here called "Roarke's Prisoner" A wonderful futurisitc love story with a very sexy hero and strong smart heroine.

Review: I love reading sensuous romances, and writing "Roarke's Prisoner" gave me the chance to pen the sort of reading experience I enjoy: a story that has a high steam content between a hero and heroine who love each other.
Not that romance comes easy for them. Both Roarke and Elise are hardheaded people, and they generate sparks when they colide.


Please try the SECRETS series. I think you'll find all our stories to be something to savor on a cold night -- or a hot one, for that matter.

Review: I LOVED these stories...I want more!! The great thing about this collection is that although the tales are short, they give enough to make you want more. I also have Volume I and it was just as enticing. I am an avid romance reader, but it was wonderful to get a burst of fantasy in a short story!
