Rating: Summary: Wonderful Review: I loved this book of her's she is one of my favorites and will buy almost anything with her name on it.
Rating: Summary: NEVADA TOUCHES YOUR HEART Review: I Loved this one! I fell in love with Nevada-strong, gruff, gun-shy, but when he falls, he falls all the way! Steamy and heartfelt-I'm going to buy everything I haven't read by Mrs. Lowell ASAP!
Rating: Summary: I read this book from start to end without putting it down. Review: I read my first Elizabeth Lowell novel just three weeks ago. I have now read 10 more. The story of Eden Summer and Nevada Blackthorn is one of my favorites. The instant recognition of Nevada as her soul mate draws you to Eden. Her love for a man who has felt so much pain that he no longer believes in love is inspiring. This story was so wonderfully crafted that I felt as though I was standing off to the side and actually watching Eden and Nevada's love blossom. When I finished reading this book I did not realize that I was holding my breath until I let it out in a long sigh.
Rating: Summary: Just wonderful! Review: I read the books in this series one after another. I am already going thru withdrawal (I finished Warrior an hour ago-literally). I hope Ms. Lowell reads these reviews. A final book to catch us up on Mariah and Cash, Luke and Carla, Diana and Ten and of course Eden and Nevada and what about Utah? Also can I hope to see another installment in the Donovan series? Ms. Lowell, if you see this, how about it?
Rating: Summary: Great series, great men, more more more Elizabeth Lowell!! Review: I read this book years ago along with all of those in the series about these Mackenzie and Blackthorn men and was captivated. Too bad there are no men like this in real life. I agree with the reader who wanted to read about Utah Blackthorn. I have waited for years to no avail. We want Utah! We want Utah! He just HAS to be hotter than hot; his brothers certainly were. I certainly read everything Elizbeth writes in hopes that Utah will show up!!
Rating: Summary: Spell binding as only a romantic fairy tale can be! Review: I've had this book for a few years and every once in a while I pull it out and re-read it. Yes, it's just that good. Mrs. Lowell is the mistress of emotional writing. As you read this novel you actually feel the pain, love, and fear of Nevada and his fairy-tale girl, Eden. To experience a love like this hero and heroine would the ultimate and I guarantee this sizzler will blow you away. I think this is the best written book Mrs. Lowell has ever done is such short space. Another good book of hers is Tell Me No Lies. Every time I read it I pick up something new.
Rating: Summary: Beautiful love story Review: I've read all of Elizabeth Lowell's books, including the mysteries she and her husband wrote as A.E. Maxwell. What I love about all their books is the underlying theme of the unchanging land and what a comfort it can be when you are faced with death or loss. Eden falls in love with her eyes wide open. Love is always worth it, but it can hurt like nothing else on earth, she tells Nevada. Nevada is a warrior who learned to turn off his emotions because they hurt too much. Eden is the "fairy tale" girl who makes him believe love can be more than a fairy tale. This is a beautiful story that offers a lot of hope. It's not just a good romance. It's good writing, period.
Rating: Summary: Where's Utah Review: I've read this book & loved the fact that the book takes place in a sparsely populated area. The men are exceedingly sexy but not afraid to be sensitive. The women aren't wimpy either. They're sexy, smart & woman enough to deal with these he-men. I thought the brothers (Tennessee & Nevada) were both great, but Utah's book has never been released. Will this error be corrected in the near future??? I recommend this series to anyone who loves Elisabeth Lowell, or is reading her for the first time.. You will truly become an avid fan just as I have.
Rating: Summary: Beautiful and heartbreaking Review: If you like Elizabeth Lowell this is a must-read. Nevada is amazing. I have read this book at least 5 times and enjoy all of them in this series. All she's missing is the other brother Utah. Read it.
Rating: Summary: All Time Favorite! Review: Ms. Lowell has never let me down. Nevada is just too wonderful to be true. Strong, dependable, sexy as all get out and in need of a women to soften that hard shell. Eden is perfect. She's inteligent, understanding, sassy and women enough to try to heal Nevada. I read this book ten years ago and continue to do so at least once a year since. If you're looking for a really great romance this is it.
