Summary: Fantastic!
Review: "Warrior" by Elizabeth is the fourth installment in the "MacKenzie/Blackthorne" series. You have to read the stories, they are wonderful. The series starts with "Fire and Rain", then "Outlaw", then "Granite Man" and finally "Warrior". Sit back and enjoy!

Summary: Awesome
Review: A very good book and it ties into the other three books very well. I would suggest this book to anyone because it is short, sweet and worth the time to read it. Make sure to read all of the other books in the series

Summary: Nevada Blackthorne is a very memorable character; Great Book
Review: I cannot rave about Elizabeth Lowell enough. Read every book she produces at least 2-3 times! I started reading the series, not knowing how it would end with the story between Nevada and Eden Summers. I have read this book so many times that I've lost count. Of the 200+ novels I've read, Nevada Blackthorne is a character that I still remember vividly to this day.

I cannot say enough -- buy the book & keep it forever!

Review: I eagerly bought this book based on the reviews on this web site. The main characters have great potentional however the character development isn't there. Eden was raised in Alaska and is familiar with surviving in the wilderness, but other than helping Nevada out of a tight spot early in the book, the book doesn't follow through with this line. Nevada has burn out and takes it out on Eden. Of course if I wanted someone to leave me alone I wouldn't tell them I desire them? And Eden what is she a door mat? She puts up with Nevada's rudeness and keeps coming back for more. Finally the book doesn't go anywhere. The characters are limited to a small area and have few challenges. I didn't finish this book I was so bored. Lowell should take lessons from Linda Howard.

Summary: One of my very favorites
Review: I have read this book countless times and it still remains at the top of my favorites list. I still have an original copy from when it was released in the Silhouette Desire line. I would have to say that Nevada and Eden are one of my favorite couples and I never get tired of re-reading their story. It sure would be great if we could get a sequel or maybe another story where we could get an update on their life and the lives of Nevada's brothers.

You won't be disappointed if you buy this book!

Summary: Excellent - Believeable - Educational
Review: I love every book I've read by Ms. Lowell. After reading the other stories about the McKenzie and Blackthorn families, I can only hope with all my heart that Ms. Lowell will consider writing the story of the last Blackthorne brother, Utah. You can bet there would be many other fans and readers who can't wait to read about his story, including his relationship with Sybil. If there is any way to communicate this to Ms. Lowell, PLEASE do so ASAP!

Summary: One of my very favorites
Review: I love science fiction. In the past few years I have especially enjoyed Catherine Asaro's novels. Since quite a few people label her a romance writer rather than a sci-fi writer, I thought I would try reading a romance novel and see if I liked it as much. Warrior came highly recommended so I got a copy and sat down to enjoy a good book. I read it in less than 2 days. Not because it was so good but because it was so shallow. I apologize to all of you who love Ms. Lowell and this series, but I need more of a plot. This book was like a few chapters of a larger novel. I kept waiting for the mission - an adventure - that is bigger than just the two characters. It never happened. Whatever was tormenting Nevada is not explored in this book, not even in flashbacks. He seems a skilled rancher, not a warrior. There is only one fight, and it is in a bar with drunks. I need a struggle to effect mankind, not just one cougar. It would have been good to take the story back to the ranch and have some interaction between Nevada and his family about Eden, or about the research grant, or about going to Alaska. The book just needed more.

If you ever get bored with characters liked Nevada and Eden, try Asaro's The Veiled Web. Lucia and Rashid share both a love and an adventure. Not as much sex, but a lot more love.

Summary: Simply Divine
Review: I love the writing style of Ms Lowell. She introduces characters & gives them history in other books when she does her series... But, not to confuse you if you don't read them in order. MMMM like Enchanted Series... In all her series she does this. This gives you a chance to connect with the characters. I want Luke & Mariahs' cousins to be introduced. Also, if you read Reckless Love you will meet their ancestors. Like Case. I don't think anyone does a great job like Ms Lowell does in a series writing. She draws you in. I am waiting for Utahs' story as well as the elusive cousins(female).
