Summary: One of the Best!
Review: This is one of those books that you start reading at 10pm and then finish at around 4am - you will not be able to put it down. Alec, the hero, is one of the most perfect men I've ever found in a romance - gorgeous, vulnerable, self-made. I bought several Karen Robards books after this one, but they have yet to live up to this one. If you love this book, you might also want to get some of the earlier books of Meagan McKinney (When Angels Fall, **Lions and Lace**) which also have the guy-on-the-wrong-side-of-the-tracks thing going for them.
