Rating: Summary: sorry but only average Review: Ok, I brought this book because on the cover it said "EROTIC anthology" but I found that most of the stories can be easily be considered to be regular romance novels. The only story that is EROTIC romance would probably be "Something Wild" by Shannon McKenna. The first story by Suzanne Forster called "Stranger in her Bed" was good but the author didn't quite convince me in several instances- When supposedly software designer Kerry Houston is scared to go out of her house and didn't for a long time because of her "thuggy" neighborhood. or when Kerry is pissed/burnt at/by the "hero", Joe Gamble just because he supposedly showed his assistant her email (her email which doesn't really make sense as well). or when Joe Gamble takes on so many different disgusts to get her when he doesn't even know her at all. I don't want to give it away but my god...I've come to the conclusion that he is a stalker. The 2nd story is by Thea Devine and it is called "No Mercy". Basically a divorced couple, Regan and Bobby Torrance, has a 2nd chance at love when they meet for the first time after 7 years apart. I was really disappointed at this story since I'm a big Devine fan but I frankly don't understand why the hell Angela, Regan's best friend and Bobby's sister, is trying frantically to keep them apart and practically has a heart attack whenever she thinks they might be getting back together. Then in the end, Tony, Regan's boss who has a huge crush on her, hooks up with Angela after they both realize they can't keep Regan and Bobby apart- I'm screaming WHY DIDN'T THEY JUST GET TOGETHER IN THE 1ST PLACE??? Devine's traditionally streamy skanky sex is extremely toned down, bland blah~ and the character's motivations are not explained clearly. "Satisfy Me" by Lori Foster was better overall then the previous two- it was humorous especially with the butt spanking bit. A sex shop opens and Asia Michaels and her friend decide to find mates in the sex shop. Cameron overhears their plan and plans carefully to make sure Asia "accidentally" meets him. In short- good but forgettable. The best story of the anthology DEFINITELY has to be "Something Wild" by Annie Simon. Usually I'm not turned on motorcycle leather guys or roadside romances but this one is very intriguing. Annie Simon is driving in her old car after running away from an abusive relationship and while on the road a passing Motorcyclist, Jacob follows her and flirts with her. Its a sexy and romantic story actually but I find that Annie is just too stubborn for me. I'm a feminist and TOTALLY support the idea that women should be financially independent but at a certain point even I was yelling for her to just accept his help, which was so obviously fueled by his concern for her. I didn't understand why she was like "I want you to leave, no stay, no leave, no stay, nono leave, nooo~ stay" the whole time. Besides her two character flaws, the story was excellent complete with STREAMY sex scenes without any sign of "love grottos" or "moist humid caves" in sight. I think Brava Kensington has another star amidst. I'm tempted to buy her next book!
Rating: Summary: AWESOME Review: Once again, Lori Foster has astounded me with her storytelling and creation of wonderful characters. In SATISFY ME she introduces us to Asia and Cameron. An adult themed shop has opened in their quiet small town, and everyone seems fascinated with this new store. Everyone including Asia and her two closest friends (hope to read more about these ladies in the future). One day Asia and her friends make a deal concerning their fantasies and the new shop. Overhearing Asia's 'fantasy' and deal opens new doors and gives hope to Cameron, who has been lusting for her from afar. This story has humor, friendship, and love. Most of all it is HOT HOT HOT!!! My only complaint is that it wasn't even near long enough to satisfy me :)
Rating: Summary: Something Wild... Review: Out of the whole book, the best story was Shannon Mckenna's debut erotic story, Something Wild. It was different... more passionate, more erotic and more comprehensible than the other rather vague stories in the book. Something Wild deserves 5 stars, but rating the whole book, it deserved a 3. Maybe less.

Rating: Summary: Bored...All Through The Night Review: STRANGER IN HER BED by Suzanne Forster brings us a woman who is seduced by a stranger who knows her secret desires. Kerry Houston is phobic about leaving her home, so she works at home as a computer game tester. Testing a sexy, sensual adult game, the lines between fantasy and reality become blurred as Kerry starts to fantasize about the virtual host, the man she dubs "Mr. Quick-Where's-My-Vibrator". Thea Devine shows us that love can have a second chance in her story, NO MERCY. Regan Torrence thought her past marriage was behind her until her ex-husband shows up after seven years, and states that he wants her back. Their marriage didn't survive once before, and while they are different from what they once were, does Regan have the courage to try again? SATISFY ME by Lori Foster is the first in a three part series that has three friends playing "Truth or Dare", stating their fantasies, and doing something to bring them to life. Divorced, Asia Michaels desires have never been met, and now is the time for her to go after what SHE wants. Part of the "dare" is to walk into the new porn shop, Wild Honey, and approach a man who is showing an interest in her fantasy and approach him. Asia doesn't really mind the dare when she sees sexy Cameron O'Reilly with the "fantasy" prop in his hand...a spanking video! Shannon McKenna finishes this anthology with her story, SOMETHING WILD. Embarking on a new life, Annie Simon decides to have a one-night affair with "The Motorcycle Man", a stranger that she's been flirting with on the highways from Virginia to Georgia. Taking a chance and having one of the best nights of sex she's ever had, Annie soon gets more than she bargained for. ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT is an erotic anthology, and the stories show that with the sizzling and racy sex scenes, but that is all this anthology has going for it. The first two stories were very muddled, and I think that they spent too much time in the editing department, since I felt like I was missing some "key" scenes. SATISFY ME was better written and the premise was much more promising than the previous stories, but I felt let down by the author "teasing" the reader with Asia's fantasy. Finally, SOMETHING WILD started off really well. The story was well written, and the sex was hot, but then the hero turned into a dominating...well, jerk. While the heroine might have liked it, *I* didn't, and the story went downhill from there.

Rating: Summary: What's Sizzling for the Holidays? Review: The answer to that... Lori Foster! She heats up the pages of this latest anthology from Kensington Publishing. I recently bought this book, for the names that graced the cover. Suzanne Forster, Thea Devine, Lori Foster, and last but not least, Shannon McKenna. But once again, Lori Foster steals the show. Her story about three best friends who are collectively fed up with the male race, set out to give them a taste of their own medicine. Just one problem, things don't quite turn out the way Asia Michaels plans. And gorgeous black haired Cameron O'Reilly won't know what hit him. Lori has done stories about men, and brothers- in particular- in the past. Giving all her readers a taste of what the male mind is all about. Nevertheless, this book proves that her insights into the female mind, are every bit as 'right-on'! I personally enjoyed the humor this book served up. And ladies, if you've ever made a bet with your best friend, then had to 'follow thru'... then I guarantee you'll appreciate the hilarity in this story!
Rating: Summary: Love lori foster and shannon mckenna Review: The book was good. I really loved the last two stories. Lorie Foster is GREAT and so is Shannon McKenna. The heroes in their stories were really goooood! Very sexy. In fact, HUBBA HUBBA! I enjoy a really strong hero. Thea Devine's story was a little strange I thought. Not horrible, but not my cup of tea. I like a man who has some doubts about himself and his behavior. Lori and Shannon delivered that. Thanks for a great read!!! And I will continue to collect Lori Foster books. Is there any more Shannon McKenna books out there?? I will be looking. THANKS
Rating: Summary: Four tales of contemporary erotic romance. Review: This anthology is described as being "Tales of Erotic Romance." It has varying degrees of success. STRANGER IN MY BED by Suzanne Forster is about a reclusive woman who gets caught up in a computer game involving a mysterious man. Is he just part of the game-or real? I found the story dark and confusing. It was not really sensual and the story line so-so. NO MERCY by Thea Devine is about a couple who were married when they were younger, but are now divorced. He has come back to town to claim her again. Thus begins the game of cat and mouse. I did not find the heroine very likable. I thought one of her reasons for divorcing the hero made her seem self-centered. The story was sensual, but I did not enjoy the story very much. The heroine should have been made more sympathetic. SATISFY ME by Lori Foster was my favorite in the book. It is about a woman, with two friends, who make a bet regarding a porn shop and its customers. She tells the others her make believe fantasy, not realizing that a male coworker overheard. He is secretly in love with the heroine and will do anything to win her. Even if it means fulfilling her fantasy in a way that will leave you chuckling. The story was definitely sensual and satisfying to me. Ms. Foster knows how to write a great short story. One good reason to buy this anthology is for this enjoyable story. SOMETHING WILD by Shannon McKenna is by a new author for me. It is about a woman who is experiencing financial and love life problems. She is on the road headed towards a casino trying to solve her financial problems. A mysterious man on a motorcycle seems to be following her. They meet and start a steamy sexual relationship with seemingly no future. I found the heroine and hero not to be consistent in what they wanted. He pursued her, caught her, then she dropped him. Then she seemed vulnerable and he got dominating with her. It was a bit of a surprise that they finally got back together in the end. It was a good story, but a little uneven. Definitely the most erotic of the four stories. This anthology is worth it for the stories by Lori Foster and Shannon McKenna. If you are looking to curl up on a cold night with some hot reading, then pick this up.
Rating: Summary: Wonderful Review: This is an anthology of excellent erotic romance not for the faint hearted but hot..My personal favourites were Lori Foster and Shannon McKenna's novella..
