The Magnificent Rogue is one of her finest novels, with a dark and sexy hero and a spirited heroine. I read it when it first came out, and just bought it to read again. I truly hope Ms. Johanson finds her way back to writing romances.

Summary: Iris Johansen IS Magnificent
Review: I am a tremendous fan of Ms. Johansen's style and craft. Her books are always such a thrill to read...in every sense of the word. Magnifcent Rogue was the first book I ever read authored by Ms. Johansen and I instantly became hooked. This book is full of suspense, romance, interesting dialogue and unique passionate love scenes. You won't be disappointed.

Review: I assure all of you that I am the biggest fan of Iris Johansen. Ive read most of her books and her Wind Dancer Series is my ultimate favourite. But this book was so.. disapointing. It fell flat throughout. It didnt have a moment of sizzle in it. The historical intrigue involving Elizabeth seemed like it was put in as an afterthought. Comparitively, Storm Winds was such a deep and profound book. Johansen seems to have her swings. I really hope my next book from her would be better.

Review: I enjoyed this book every time I read it. The heroin is so like able and the Hero is of course reluctant like most heroes alll he wants is to live in peace at his home. this book was fabulous it had some sense of humor but not so much that it seemed that the writer was trying to hard andi don'tknow abotu anyone else out there but I detest books were the hero Rapes the Heroin this book has none of that. I liked this book very much I Hope you do too.

Review: Like the Beatles said " All you need is love". This book is a provacative dream. It was a luminous lovely lustful large enlightenment for the senses. Every page made heat surge through my body. I know love, and this book shows it. Just like my hero Delilah, on wish 99.7, I'm an expert on the human interaction called loooooooove. Just like your mom.

Review: The characters were fantastic, the plot very interesting, the love very moving. I congratulate Ms Johansen for daring to take sexual intimacy beyond the two common positions. It was well written and beautiful because both found great pleasure in the experiences with each other.

Summary: I can't put it down!
Review: This is my first book from Iris Johansen and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I liked the twists of plot and the characters (including various supporting characters). It was also a little refreshing that it was not another case of one of them wrongly wronged the other person blah, blah, then everything was cleared up. And I look forward to read more of Iris Johansen's books!
