Rating: Summary: Nice, yet disturbing Review: This book was cool. Yet colin the "Hero" is just wacko. some parts your like he is so hot other parts your like ewh creep. this book was very interesting in how she relates the future with the past, yet you wished she would have done it more. I do recommend this book, yet when I think about it the male was very disturbing. The main thing is to read this book, even if some of the logic is twisted.
Rating: Summary: Exciting tangle of witchcraft and time travel Review: This book was exciting and humorous. However not as good as Medeiros' last book "Breath of Magic" about Arian,Tabitha's mother. I would recommend this to anyone who loves time travel romance stories.
Rating: Summary: Enjoyment from the start!! Review: This book was hard to put down - I read it all in one day! Just like 'Breath of Magic', Ms. Medeiros weaves humor and everyday thoughts and comments into her stories giving the words more feeling, drawing the reader into the story.
Rating: Summary: An interesting enough plot Review: This is my first Teresa Medeiros book, its interesting but a little too far-fetched for my tastes. The main character of Tabitha did not seem to have much depth. Almost everything was pretty superficial. I sure hope her other books are not like this one. It is a nice sweet story nonetheless. Just probably not a 'keeper' - to re-read over again.
Rating: Summary: Enchanted I was not! Review: This is the first Teresa Medeiros book I've ever purchased and read. I have to say that her heroine was not a very endearing character. Okay, so she's not very talented when it comes to using her gift, but she had the amulet left to her by her mother, couldn't she make good use of it? Also, I find it hard to believe that she almost willingly gave this amulet to Sir Colin for "safe keeping"! Come on! Where's the common sense? And why did she not think of wishing her attire to fit the time period she was in? Why continue wearing your 20th century pajamas? I'm sorry to say, I know I love fiction romance novels, but I don't like books that seem to have been written wishy-washy. Save your money and buy an Elizabeth Lowell or a Lynn Kurland books.
Rating: Summary: Lovely, Funny, absolutely charming!! Review: This is the second book of Teresa Medeiros that I read. I just realized that it is a sequal of "Breath of Magic". However, this book can stand by itself. The story begins when Tabitha, a modern-day lady with a gift of magic which always goes wrong, was swept across time into an arm of Sir Colin, a chivalrous knight in medieval England. As you can guess, with her out-of-control magic, Tabitha caused a bit chaos in Sir Colin's life while also stirred great desire in his heart. Ms. Medeiros's writing style is full of magic. The story progressed in a butterfly-flying-in-a-lovely-meadow pace. That means, nothing's serious! While feeling between two characters developed over time, there are also a lot of adventurous situations to hook you up. Sir Colin is an adorable character and a perfect male character in romance novel. Tabitha, on the other hand, is a funny, head-strong character but can be annoying sometime. However, with a touch of Ms. Medeiros's talent, this book is still very entertaining. I laughed and smiled a lot. So if you're Teresa Medeiros's fans or just looking around for a good and stress-free fantasy romance novel to read, I highly recommend this book. And you will love it just as I do..

Rating: Summary: What would you do if you travelled back in time? Review: This rates as one of my favourite romance novels as of date. Medeiros' makes you feel like you have been tossed back into time and are dealing with the same problems as Tabitha I couldn't help but laugh at some of the revelations that came to Tabitha during the store. The book also makes my wonder: what songs would I remember if thrust back into time. That is one of my favourite bits. I had to go out and buy the highlights to "Les Mis" after the read.
Rating: Summary: Not quite 4 stars; maybe 3 & 1/2 Review: This sequel isn't nearly as good as Breath of Magic, although it's entertaining. Tabitha can be a bit annoying and Colin is a little too accepting her her strangeness. Nevertheless, there are some truly funny and wonderful moments. The ending was a little too pat, especially the demise of the villain, who was a cartoon character (nothing like the true villainy in Breath of Magic).Best enjoyed if you wait a long time after reading Breath of Magic to pick this one up; won't be quite so disappointing that way. Medeiros can be good or fabulous; this book falls in the good department, but the love scenes are very well done.
Rating: Summary: not as good as breath of magic Review: This was a good book, but I felt somehow less enchanted than I had in Breath of Magic, or Heather and Velvet. It was good and all, but I couldn't quite identify with the heroine. She seemed determined to thwart her common sense. When she did things rationally this was a really good book. And, even if you did not like this one, you should read another, because most of Teresa's Books are very good
