Summary: Interesting, amusing, and worth re-reading
Review: This is a very romantic, interesting read that kept my attention all the way through. It follows the typical romance pattern, where the two misunderstand each other and hate each other at the beginning, gradually come to understand and love each other, have a major falling-out then, at the end, the big making-up-I-love-you scene. However, the book goes far beyond the generic with its interesting characters, witty dialogue, and well-described setting. It even had sex that was actually steamy, something that is pretty difficult to do without sounding silly or contrived instead. I would definitely recommend this read for readers who love a good romance that will make you feel the emotions the characters are feeling.

Summary: Completely sucked me in...
Review: This was my first JM book and if any of her others are this good, I'll be a loyal fan for life... I liked the way this book started out with each protagonist's childhood etched out. It wasn't overkill so it was a nice way to see each one's humble beginnings. But then the chemistry and storyline hooked me but good. I couldn't put the darn book down and it was long! I really enjoyed it and plan on reading more of her stuff.

Summary: There are no words to justify the excellence of this book...
Review: There is no better book in the world than this one. I must admit- I bought it because I liked the cover. Never in my life has a book moved me as this one did. I laughed, I cried, my heart pounded as the chapters just melted away. Their chance meeting, the fear of an uncertain future, the suspicion of guilt vs. innocence, the realization of true love, and the letter, my god, that letter. There will never be a book to compare to this one. I will read this book over & over again until I know it verbatim, and then I will read it again.

Summary: Unlikely premise becomes a wonderful read.
Review: Ms. McNaught takes the well worn premise of an unexperienced women being placed in danger by a rugged, down-on-his luck man, and creates a story full of depth and character. As much as I enjoy the romance genre, it is rare for a romance author to create a love story that is as believable as Julie and Zach's story. She creates two characters that actually seem to belong together. Julie is someone I'd would want as one of my best friends, and Zach...well, I'd give him a ride anywhere! Their romance is beautiful, exciting and fun. I'm looking forward to reading more of Ms. McNaught's novels.

Summary: One of my favorites!
Review: This was such a well-done book; I was sorry to see it end. The author spends a lot of time developing her characters, and because you know what makes them tick, you can really feel for them -- I certainly did! The kidnapping was only half of Zack and Julie's adventure; there were numerous twists and turns still to come! Best of all, it turns out that Zack's best friend is Matt Farrell from "Paradise," my other favorite McNaught book! I was delighted to "see" Matt and Meredith again, because I was truly sorry to say good-bye to them last time. Loved the book, will read it over and over again.

Summary: Perfect title, perfect novel
Review: This book has it all. I read till 3:45 a.m. because I simply could not put it down. Julie and Zach are as real as an author can make the characters in a work of fiction; the murder and trial are filled with suspense; the prison escape is traumatic; the kidnapping is frighteningly believable; the getaway is exciting; the romance sizzles; the hideaway is romantic; the parting is tender/tough; the betrayal is heart-wrenching; the mystery is cleverly revealed, and the reunion is touchingly heartwarming. So have I given anything away? Not on your life...this is a must-read that sent me searching for more, more, more McNaught.

Summary: Wonderfully Perfect
Review: I loved this book! I usually don't get so involved in a book... I read all 600+ pages in one day, I couldn't put in down. Julie and Zach are made for each other. It has the perfect combination of love and mystery. I can't wait t read more of Judith McNaught's books.

Summary: I don't usually gush..
Review: I loved this book!! I usually don't gush all over this books like most women, but I really connected with the characters. It was a great story with romance, compassion, adventure, and anticipation. Some reviewers were appalled that the girl fell in love with her kidnapper--well lets keep in mind that you are reading a romance novel for the escape not to simulate your intellect. It's a great story as all of JM's books, but the story didn't have to have all the celebrity name dropping. That is the only thing that made it a bit silly.

Summary: The PERFECT Love Story
Review: Judith McNaught is the BEST when it comes to romance. PERFECT definitely lives up to its name. Julie and Zack are incredible together and the story of Julie's brother, Ted, and his ex-wife Katherine could be another story in itself. I would recommend reading Paradise (one of the most beautiful love stories ever written) before reading Perfect because Matt and Meredith make guest appearances in Perfect. If you have never read a Judith McNaught novel, drop everything and get one right now; read them all. She will pull every emotional string in your heart.

Summary: Amazing Story!
Review: I just loved this book. It is one of the best I have ever read. If you like Judith McNaught, you have to read this one, because it is one of her best. But, I would recommend reading Paradise first, because that is another GREAT book and in Perfect there is more about the main characters of that book.
