Summary: Lilah's was okay, but Suzanna's story ROCKED! YES!
Review: Lilah's story is first. She rescued Professor Max Quartermain from drowning after he had escaped two madmen bent of finding the Calhoun Emeralds. The story continues with Max finding more clues for the sisters and drawing the legend closer toward the end.

Second story is Suzanna's. She finds the grandson of the man Bianca had loved. He is a former cop. The madman from the previous three sister's story is in it again and causing havoc. She also has to deal with her ex-husband, who cares nothing for their two children, coming to take them for two weeks, as well as, meeting a woman her ex-husband had gotten pregnant. The child born was male and he got to meet his half sister and half brother. This one is full of stress, danger, tension, and romance!

***Part two of two! Lilah's story was good, but I did not think it was all that great. Suzanna, however, was all I had hoped it would be. It was not only the ending story of the four sisters, but a wonderful ending to the legend of the Calhoun Emeralds! Loved this book as well as I did the first!***

Summary: That Nora Roberts woman
Review: Nora Roberts is at again! She creates people in a few sentances and makes you feel like you have always known them. Lilah and Suzanna are two of four sisters living with their eccentric aunt in a falling down old mansion. Add in handsome men, a thief and missing emeralds with an antique love mystery and you have all the elements of a good read. Sit back and enjoy! The ending will surprise you.

Summary: A Really Good Roberts
Review: Personally, I liked Lilah's story better, but in any case, this is one of the best Nora Roberts books available.

Summary: Rich in culture, mystery, suspense and romance; a must read!
Review: Rich in culture, mystery, suspense and romance, this book is a definite must read for any who like a classic romance spiced with a little culture. With just the right mixture of sassy women, ordinary men, mystery, suspense and spiced with a touch of Irish folklore, Nora Roberts weaves a delightful new tapestry of classic romance and mystery. Complete with unexpected twists and turns, this book is thoroughly satisfying from start to finish.

Summary: Prime examples of what is good about romance
Review: Romance gets a bad rap, and I think that happens because mostly women read it. Mystery is also a clearly defined, in some ways predictable genre, and no one disses mystery in the same way. These two books are examples of what is good about romance, and why good books of this type deserve respect. Both books focus on well rounded characters with strengths and weaknesses. The charm isn't in finding out if the characters will find true love, but in how they'll manage to get there. Nora Roberts' strength as a writer is that she makes me care that these people work it out, and I am moved when they do, even though I knew they would. In a world where we can count on very little, it's nice to be able to count on that in a book. In this set, we also get a long lost treasure in emeralds, the healing of old family wounds, and the redemptive power of love. Who could ask for anything more?

Summary: Enchanting
Review: The 2-book series of the Calhoun sisters was wonderful. I was so involved in reading both books that I couldn't put them down. I loved the way the Nora Roberts wrote and kept the reader so involved in all the characters. She made each women so dynamic in their own way and the men in the lives that fit each personality. I was so interested in reading each life and seeing how they each fit together and worked together to end the books. Great Job!

Summary: Nora Roberts remains true to her literary traditons
Review: The Nora Roberts tradition of strong, savvy heroines continues in these, her latest books. The Calhoun women are intelligent, independent and very lovely to look at. They have minds of their own and full, productive lives. As in any Nora Roberts book, romance is always the subject and we are not disappointed here with the strong, handsome men she hand picks for her heroines. Ms. Roberts tends to write her stories in threes, as in the Born In series and the Holding the Dream series. But Montana Sky stands by itself as a fast-paced thriller that leaves you dangling until the very last chapter. Sorry - I digress. The Calhoun women will keep you teary and cheery until the last page. If you like hot romance with always a happy ending, these books are for you.

Summary: The Donovan Legacy
Review: This book was what really got me hooked onto Nora Roberts' books. I really like the fact that she has books that don't seem to ever end just when you thought it would! The only problem I'm having is trying to figure out which book to start with! You just want to read them all!
