Review: Wishes was one of my first books I ever read by Jude, and since then I have read her entire collection. This was the book that got me hooked. Jude discriptiveness when she writes is a classic. None compare! This book is my favorite because of the great Montgomery's and the charming Nellie! Read this and you will be asking for more of Jude!

Summary: Pretty disappointed with Wishes.
Review: I have come to expect better from Ms. Deveraux. I am an avid fan who usually loves her books. While I am very interested in the Montgomery saga, I felt this book was lacking in its storyline. Don't get me wrong, I did like the "ugly duckling" part. It just felt as if the characters were not in depth enough. And the "thing" with Bernie, was a little far fetched. I enjoyed many of her books better than this one. :-(

Review: I have read the majority of Jude's books and this one is by far one of my favorites. It make you feel good inside when the ugly duckling triumphs by the end. This is one you reread when you are feeling low.

Review: I thought it was a totally spectacular book! Whenever I feel down, I just pick up this book and read it! I love the way Berni trys to help Nellie and Jace! Her tatics are hillarious! I thought the ending was really enjoyable, with the family and all! Also "the Kitchen" scenes were pretty cool. I liked those rooms you had to wait in! Wishes is one of the best stories from Jude Deveraux! Keep it up Jude!

Summary: I loved this book!!!!
Review: I have bought (or loaned) every book Jude has published and this is one of my favourites. Could there be a sweeter person than Nellie, and Jace (well what can be said about this man, except "Oh wow"). I loved the ending and was glad that nothing really bad happened to Terel (even though there were a couple of times during the story that I wanted to grab her and shake her til her teeth rattled). You keep writing them Jude and I'll keep reading them.

Review: I really liked Wishes because it showed that looks aren't everything, and that the thing that really counts is what's inside. Jude Deveraux wrote a brilliant novel! I encourage you to read the other novels she has written, especially the Velvet Saga. That series is my favorite!!

Review: I have read and re-read this book so often that its falling apart and I still enjoy it everytime!! What sets Jude Deveraux apart form other romance autors is that she can bring the story to life for the reader and that, is the work of a truly gifted person.

Review: I have read many of J.D.'s books. I have enjoyed (emmensly) most all of them. Wishes was a nice modern day book. Wouldn't it be great if more female authors portrayed the heroine as a woman of substance, (excuse the pun) rather than only long-haired skinny women? I liked this novel for the very fact that the woman wasn't model thin. A real winner!
