Summary: Definitely "No Compromise"
Review: Ms. Alers has given us another wonderful read continuing in the lives of those begun in the Hideaway Series. "No Compromise" is the story of the handsome Michael Kirkland and the strong-willed Jolene Walker. When Michael and Jolene first meet they are left with 'no compromise' where their feelings are concerned. There is nothing conflicting about their desire for one another. The feeling is so strong and mutual, it leaves nothing left to settle. Love says it all. It is as if they have waited all their lives to meet and finally come together. "No Compromise" is about commitment. Jolene is committed to her job where she strives to help abused women. She is so involved in her work and Michael has been committed to his life in the military, but has decided to take a leave of absence. However, Jolene and Michael are committed to each other. Michael is protective of Jolene and will go to lengths to keep her safe. "No Compromise" is another great read and I look forward to reading the upcoming books in the Hideaway Sons and Brothers trilogy.

Summary: The Legacy Continues
Review: Once again Rochelle Alers brings us another great novel, (Michael and Jolene's story). I loved this couple, this story and the family whose legacy continues to triumph through the good and the bad times. I don't know how long the series will continue but I'm going to savor each and every addition until it's over and keep hoping that it doesn't end. I can't add anything more to what's been said except that Ms. Alers has never let me down. When I purchase one of her novels, I am always certain I won't be disappointed and needless to say I haven't been yet. So if you aren't tuned in to Rochelle Alers, you are definitely missing out on one of the best authors in romantic history.

Review: Rochele has done it again if you have read Vows then you will love No Comprimse. Michael is truly his fathers son. This Book was so good I read it in a day. I couldn't put it down. the secens were so real you could just imagine each charcter. I can't wait to read the next. this book sent chills up my spine

Review: Rochelle Alers is definitely a master storyteller. The first book that I purchased written by her was Heaven Sent. I found that this book was book four in a series called Hideaway. I went out and purchased all the previous Hideaway Series books. I found her to be a wonderful, humorous and vivid writer. I've even read some of her story that aren't in the Hideaway Series. They all can definitely stand on their own. When her fans asked her to continue the Hideaway Series with the Daughters and Sisters Trilogy, she graciously complied. We weren't disappointed either. NO COMPROMISE is the first installment in the Sons and Brothers Trilogy. Michael Kirkland the military guru decided to take a long need break from the career. He was an expert in so many areas. I found him to be THA BOMB! He meets Jolene Walker, who is a tall and regal young woman. Michael is instantly attracted to Ms. Walker. He finds that she is not only beautiful, but smart. Jolene is also attracted to Michael, but isn't trying to get involved with anyone at this point in her life. Besides, she is married to her job and hadn't had a real relationship in a while.
Jolene is the Executive Directory of a place called Sanctuary. Sanctuary is an excellent place for abused women to come for help and refuge. Jolene had to admit to herself and to Michael that she was really interested in him. She started feeling different about herself after she started seeing him. But she still didn't want to take things too far too quickly. Michael and Jolene embarks upon an adventure full of love and intrigue. It was so good visiting the other family members. I know Ms. Alers has two more installments in this series. I guess the question would be will she continue this series with the next Generation of Cole, Kirkland, Delgado. I guess only time will tell. I will say if she does decide to continue, I know we won't be disappointed.

Review: Rochelle Alers's continuation of her Hideaway Series, No Compromise, has gone over the top again. If you can believe this, even better than his spectacular father Joshua Kirkland. Thirty-two year old, U.S. Army Captain, Michael Blanchard Kirkland is absolutely gorgeous. He will steal your heart away. Due to harassment at work, Michael needed to make a decision about his career. He took a six month leave from his military career, his only love, at the Pentagon. On the day of his arrival at his new home, he attended a surprise birthday party for the mother of a good friend. He had previously received the invitation, finding out later it was to be a blind date. After five years recuperating from a divorce and the death of her identical twin sister, Jolene Walker, left Chicago to set up permanent residence in Washington D.C. Jolene, a shockingly beautiful, thirty year old social worker, was also invited to the party. The party's theme was set up around couples. Since her date back out at the last minute, Jolene did not want to go alone. She called to cancel her invitation to the party. After talking with Paige her friend, Jolene agreed to a blind date with an old friend of Damon's. It would be her very first blind date. A blind date that would change both of their hearts and lives. Arriving at the party, Jolene spotted a gorgeous hunk, across the room talking with Damon. She wondered if this man was her date. She was captivated by his gorgeous smile. Michael spotted Jolene across the room. He was so overwhelmed everything seemed to stop moving in the room. He didn't realize that he had also been holding his breath until hr felt the a burning inside his lungs. Michael liked every thing about Jolene from the top of her head down to her feet. The courtship begins. And what a courtship, it consisted of acts of chivalry, wonderful meals and romantic gestures. Michael, the protector, will captivate your heart. Rochelle has a way of making all of her heroes your heroes. I found myself falling in love with Michael also. Jolene did not have a chance. I loved every thing about this book. It will definitely keep your interest. It is suspenseful and full of drama. A must read, and a re-read treasure.

This is my favorite of Ms. Alers Hideaway series for many reasons. The storyline is intriguing and fast paced. The relationship between Michael and Jolene blooms so beautifully I was really scared when she was in danger. Additonally, Jolene is no hapless, damsel in distress waiting on a man, she make Michael work for it. I really recommend this book to everyone.

Review: This book is a must read!!! Jolene & Michael's story is what love is truly about! This is my favorite of the Daughters and Son's series. Jolene is such a strong woman, but not strong enough to resist Michael Kirkland. It was love at first sight for both of them, although Jolene has not told Michael that. The love scenes are the bomb! The antics are funny and leave you spellbound; you will laugh out loud. That tatoo on the lower part of his back is awesome. Michael is so SEXY and his love for Jolene is wonderful! This book is awesome! I can't say enough of how good this book is! This book is so good that I am going to read it again and again!

Review: This book is an execellent book, I just could not put it down, I Just love how Michael Kirland showed so much self-confidence when he pursued Jolene, he knew what he wanted and he just went right for it. The Story line was properly thought out. Ms Alers really knows how to hold and audience.

Review: This was a great story. It was thrilling and kept you wondering. The story line was easy to follower so with every page you read you can't wait to read the next page. The charatcers are wonderful. They twist and turns were never what I expected. I've read all of Rochelle Alers books so I try to see if I can come up with the same evil character that she is writing about. I was wrong again. It's never who you think. The love scenes are great and if you are not in love you'd wish you were. The main two people in this story make the book. They are perfect for each other both with there on personal style and charm. I know I'll read this one over. The one thing I really love about this author is you can always relate the others people in the book back to the following books she's wrote before. If you've not read her work you should they are all great. I look forward to her next book. Which character will she write about next. Well this is one reader opionion.
