Summary: Unexpectedly Entertaining
Review: "My Spy" was an unexpectedly entertaining book. Generally I stay away from books with military men. I was in the Navy and find the over heroization of military men lame, but this was an interesting storyline. It was a fast read and there was just enough laughter mixed with the intrigue to make it fun.

Summary: If Your A Fan of Christina Skye, get this from the library
Review: . . . and if you're not, don't bother reading it at all. The story was boring, the chemistry was lacking, and the entire premise totally unbelievable. I've read other books by Ms. Skye and bought this book. Reading should be fun but it was actually work to finish this book.

Summary: Buy this book!
Review: ... If you liked "Going Overboard" then you are going to love this one! This story is NON-STOP action and romance. Always something going on to keep readers glued to the pages and often chuckling. Annie is a delight and Taylor is a pistol! Izzy had been in the previous novel and is just as fantastic in this one. I can only hope Izzy will receive his own story someday.

To put it simply, BUY THIS BOOK! You will not be disappointed! No one writes better than Christina Skye! *****

Summary: Exciting romantic suspense
Review: After a torrid affair, US Navy Seal Commander Sam McKade leaves behind Annie O'Toole to deliver information that will catch a traitor. For Sam doing his duty has always been easy until now. He always wondered how someone could betray his or her nation, but even Sam struggles to leave Annie to do his job.

However, before Sam can complete his mission, he takes a heroic side trip and rescues some children, but is injured in the endeavor suffering amnesia. His impatient superiors decide to hide Sam in the Summerwind Resort while he recuperates and recovers his memory. Employed at the spa, Annie becomes his physical therapist, but must remain silent about their previous beach romance. As Annie and her patient fall in love all over again, a traitor plans to kill Sam and Annie if she gets in the way.

Like this reviewer, readers will say if memory is correct that the use of amnesia has seen googol deployments in books. However, Christina Skye makes her two-lead characters feel human so that the audience believes the story line is fresh and the memory loss real. The plot is filled with action and a strong cast enabling fans of romantic suspense to forget the numerous previous amnesiac tales because MY SPY will head towards the top of the list.

Summary: ROMANCE????
Review: Big disappointment. There were some funny times in the book that kept you interested, but where was the "hot" romance? I also thought the story was kind of silly and not even close to being realistic. I have to admit, I lost interest about three fourths of the way through and didn't even finish it. This book makes a good library rental, but I wouldn't waste my money on it.

Summary: very, very boring.
Review: I bought this book , by mistake, I thought there would be some romance lots of suspense and an interesting cast. What a mistake, badly written, no plot . I finally gave up , it went into the garbage.
I advise Christina Skye, to read the books of Catherine Coulter,Iris Johansen and my favorite Nora Roberts as J.D. Robb, if she wants to write good , intersting suspence romances.

Summary: Outstanding
Review: I had a very hard time with the plot in this book. A Navy Seal on a secret mission just happens to jump on the roof of a run away bus to save the children in it. He cannot get inside to drive the bus so he uses a hockey stick to press on the brake pedal and stop the bus. He is thrown from the bus and suffers severe trauma to his head causing memory loss. When he sees the runaway bus, how did he manage to jump on top of it? Where did he get the hockey stick from while he is hanging off the side of the bus? Gee, lots of people carry one of those around.

The romance in the book was fun, playful and steamy, but was over powered by the totally unrealistic plot. The love story was interesting, but why did Sam walk away from Annie in the first place if he cared so much about her. He walked away from there brief affair without looking back or telling here he would return. When she sees him again, she falls right back in love with him. This is the first Christina Skye book I have read. I hope the others are better. The 1 star is for the romance. Too bad I couldn't buy into the rest of the story.
