Summary: Sexy romp with ghosts, aliens, cats, and time travel..oh my!
Review: I thought this was a delightful book. It was a light and easy read. This is one of those "guilty pleasures" that is read for pure fun and entertainment. The story was somewhat predictable, the time travel element was kinda hokey, and the haunted castle was a little much. The supporting characters were great! Little did Brian know that when he came back to 2002, just about every one he was trying to get away from would follow him! You will love Brian's "cat."
Like I said, this book is kinda fluffy, but it is the PERFECT read for a hot soak in a bubble bath or a trip to the beach. Make sure you bring a cold drink, because with Brian being the universe's sex MVP, you can be assured that things will heat up.

Summary: Sex is the only game in town
Review: In 2502 Brian Byrne is every woman's fantasy. In a futuristic world where sex replaces Monday night football, Brian helps his team win the Universal trophy. But satisfying four women at once does not leave Brian fulfilled. He longs for something more, and seeks answers in his ancestral castle five hundred years in the past. There he encounters Allie O'Neill, an American tourist who authored the best-selling series about being the perfect wife before her own marriage ended in divorce. Allie is the first woman who does not act on her desire for Brian; consequently, the challenge makes Allie the first woman he ever truly wants.

With a divorce negating her advice in her previous books, Allie's writing career is on the line. Her next book must focus on the sexual compatibility of finding a perfect husband. Now she needs Brian to help with her with the book. Brian needs the experience of being with a woman who creates desire in him without a game on the line. If aiding Allie with her new book will keep her around, then Brian will share more about sex with her than Allie ever imagined. But when the games end, Allie and Brian must face the chasm of years that separates them, and the consequences of playing with fire.

A look into a future where sex is the only game worth playing showcases author Nina Bang's talent for witty, irreverent eroticism in NIGHT GAMES. A sensual time travel that at once titillates and satisfies, NIGHT GAMES will challenge readers to suspend their disbelief for yet another improbable, rollicking tale of time travel that is worth the walk on the edge of ridiculous. Sexy Brian Byrne is a hero to pant after with his amazing sensual talents and hidden vulnerabilities. Heroine Ally O'Neill's hand off approach challenges Brian in a tempestuous fantasy with scintillating details. Secondary characters likewise dazzle, including a shapeshifter, a meddlesome aunt seeking supernatural experience, and a touching legend based on Brian's castle. Sizzling, sensual tension results in a novel that will join THE PLEASURE MASTER on reader's keeper shelves. NIGHT GAMES comes very highly recommended.

Summary: humorous satire poking fun at the games people play
Review: In 2502, the most popular spectator sport to watch is sex games. The current league MVP is Brian Byrne has sent many a woman into faint and many a man filled with envy (semen would be too much effort). With the season finished, Brian decides he needs a breather, but his head is too well known so he chooses to travel back five centuries to his ancestral Irish estate.

Ally O'Neal is the author of a perfect wife series but her recent divorce jeopardizes the franchise. Her editor wants her to write a book on getting back into the dating game. However, Ally decides to take a breather first and accompanies her eccentric aunt on a ghost-busting trip to Ireland.

When Brian and Ally meet, he immediately employs all his craft to bed her though his contract forbids off-season sex, but shockingly, Ally rejects his efforts. Even his strange but interesting gadgets fail to get a rise from Ally. Soon the future stud and the modern day woman fall in love, but how far will they go?

Nina Bangs has to be the imagination queen of amusing sexual romances for who else could come up with such a plot and devices that appear to work and blend them with warm characters into an entertaining novel. The science fiction romance story line engages the audience who can understand the future evolution of sports and the spectator. The lead couple is a delight, as their interactions will provide readers with quite a bang. NIGHT GAMES is a humorous satire poking fun at the games people play.

Summary: A Pleasure to Read
Review: Night Games by Nina Bangs is a great genre blend of; romance, fantasy, time-travel, sci-fi, and ghost story.

In the future (around 2500) Earth will be a place where everything is done for you, men have lost their basic sex drives, and violent contact sports have been banned. The only real sport in town is now sex and Brian is the champion.

This is a great book full of interesting secondary charectars and great fantasy. It is great mind candy. Check it out.

Summary: Hot and New!
Review: The year is 2502 and Brian Byrne is bigger than any presidents in the galaxy. Heck, he is bigger than anyone, in all ways! He is the MVP of the future's hottest sport; sex and orgasms. Lust is a spectator sport. Course, it is actually the only sport there is since all the others have been banned. No woman really challenges him so he decided to take a little vacation to another time, a simpler time where no one has heard of him, the sport, or the Testosterone Titans.

Ally O'Neill happens to be an American tourist in Ireland and author of a best-selling series on how to be the perfect wife except not she is divorced. She wants no part of Brian except maybe his brain since her editor and agent want something new, single, and sexy for her new book.

Ally is temptation and Brian is pure sin. Together they are fire - a wild fire. Ms. Bangs is the queen when it comes to the imagination. Who else could have thought up such a great premise for a book and then write it? NIGHT GAMES is sensual at its best!

Romance At Its Best...

Summary: Fun Book - I am going to have to read her other one.
Review: This was a funny book with great characters. I actually have to say I liked the secondary characters better than the main ones. That is why I gave it 4 stars. Ally's aunt Katy was more interesting than ally. I wish the ending was different. I wish that Katy went off with the old one since he could shape shift - I was hoping he turned himself into an old man for her. The poor old gal deserved to at least have a man.

Summary: I would give it a zero if I could
Review: Where to begin? This book was horrible. It was silly and trite and just plain boring. I forced myself to finish it because I aim to finish every book I start, but this one taxed me. It's a shame too because I have read some of Ms. Bang's short stories and they weren't bad at all. This could have been so much better.

Summary: Sparse and under-developed
Review: While her Pleasure Master was at least outrageous fun and passion, Nina Bangs's futuristic romance follow-up Night Games lacks the panache and sexual chemistry between her central characters to sizzle things up. It is 2052 and sex is billed as a sports - and Titan Brian Bryne decides to take a deserving break after his triumph for the Sex Monarch in the tournament. He time-travels back to a Scots castle and chances upon Ally O'Neill who accompanies her aunt Katy on a ghost-busting trip. Fascinated by Brian and his time - and even more on his masculinity, she decides to make him the subject of her new novel by experimenting with him on sexual fantasies. While Night Games comes out as cheeky and raunchy with interesting concepts like the Constructor and sex sports, it remains sparse with under-developed plots and too much focus on sex. The passion between Ally and Bryan may be hot but the main characters suffer with too many sub-characters to stifle their presence. The main players are definitely out of the game this time round.

Summary: Sex a Spectator Sport in 2502? With an MVP?
Review: Wow...is about what sums up my impression of this unique book. I was stunned and then almost speechless by the end, but very impressed. Kudos to Ms. Bangs for taking this type of plot and putting it on paper for all to enjoy.
Lust a spectator sport? Play hard, play to win, play with a passion for the game, never for the woman. These are the main rules of the game. Follow them and you could be the next MVP of Monday Night's hottest game on tv, Sex. Or the winner of Sex Superbowl XXXVII.

Brian Byrne is the undisputed champion of the league. Known for his unbelievable game and mastery over a woman's body he has even taken four woman at once and brought them to fulfillment at the same time in less than two minutes. What he calls his 2 Minute Drill.
Burnt out and tired from a tough season he decies to take a much needed vacation back to a simpler time and place for a few weeks to get his head in order. 2002 Ireland is his goal, his ancestral home. What he gets is alot more than he the champ can handle.
In the dead of night, Ally O'Neill and her aunt take a trip to scout out a vicious vampire known to roam the area of the old castle, what they find is a incredibly tall man with a body to die for and an attitude. Definately not a vicious vampire...
Things go from bad to worse when this weirdo tries to convince her that he is from the year 2502 and is the MVP of some sport involving sex and even makes up a team he plays for! The Testosterone Titans of all things! The man is nuts! Certifiably nuts! Well, maybe not. Ally starts to see things that she can't explain and her mind begins to comprehend that if her and her aunt can believe in vampires ans ghosts and even take a trip to Ireland to find them, then timetravel is also possible.
Especially when some of his managers, etc., start showing up and make sure the women keep their hands off their most valuable player and that he keeps his contract's 'no sex clause'.
But Ally figures that should be easy, he's packed full of testosterone and male dominance, she doesn't need another loser in her life after ridding herself of her husband.
Things do not go as planned and Brian feels his heart engaged for the very first time when coming in contact with a woman and the vacation of rest and enjoyment just turned into a nightmare. Ghosts, banshees, merrows and the like are all out to play and his emotions are in overdrive. Not to mention someone seems to be trying to kill them or him?
His manager will not leave him alone to save his life and the future isn't looking too exciting for him anymore, not with Ally in the past...

Funny and well worth the read. A mix of future sci/fi, paranormal, comedy and plain fun romance, a sure winner!
