Rating: Summary: My Personal Favorite of All Nora Roberts's Trilogies Review: Reading this trilogy, my personal favorite of all Nora Roberts's trilogy, has led to some wonderful things, the most exciting of which was visiting County Clare, Ireland, the setting for this trilogy, in the fall of 1999.My favorite of the three stories is BORN IN ICE, but all three sisters' stories are terrific and I am so glad they are now available together in one volume for my keeper shelf.
Rating: Summary: The books were great. Review: The book were great! She is one of the most treasured writers in this time. I love reading her books. It's so hard to put in words what I experience in reading these books. It felt like I lost my best friends when I finished reading the series of Born in..And my next vacation will be in Ireland
Rating: Summary: Capitivating Trilogy Review: The story of the Concannnon sisters is beautiful. It pulls you in from the beginning and makes you feel like you're part of the story. I could visualize everything in this book. I became so enthralled by the story and the setting that I am in the middle of planning a vacation to County Clare, Ireland. Thank you for this inspiring tale.
Rating: Summary: My Favorite Nora Roberts Trilogy Review: The vivid imagery of the beautiful Ireland is one of the top reasons to buy this book. Roberts weaves a intricate, powerful story of 3 sisters, who find love, but must overcome the obstacles in their heart. I fell in love with the books, and I hope you do too.
Rating: Summary: A Must Read Review: This is a beautiful, very satisfying read about 3 sisters who find each other as well as finding true love. I love that when you finish one book, you get to know how the lives of its characters are progressing in the next book, as we all know the disappointment one feels when a book ends and you lose touch with the wonderful characters in it! My favorite is Born in Ice, and I have already wrote a seperate review on that book alone. However all three books complete each other and buying them together as a set is definately worth the money. Every single character in all 3 books is drawn out so beautifully that it comes to life and you almost feel like you know these people and care for them. The Irish countryside is describe so thoroughly you can almost see it. I want to visit Ireland BECAUSE of this trilogy! It i a work of art and should not be missed!

Rating: Summary: An Excellent Trilogy Review: This trilogy contains one of my favorite Nora Robert's books - Born in Fire. I believe Maggie Concannon is one of Nora Robert's greatest characters. She is portrayed beautifully in the book and by seeing the entire trilogy together you get to see her development. I didn't enjoy Born in Shame as much as I did the other two novels. It didn't pull me in as the other two novels did. It is still a good story, but the other two I feel are stronger. The entire trilogy is a really good read though. Be prepared for a long read, you probably won't be able to put it down!
Rating: Summary: Remarkable! Review: This trilogy is one of Nora's best. I loved 'Born in Fire'. It was more funny, while 'Born in Ice' was more moving, touching, more on the romantic side. I'm still finishing up 'Born in Shame'. So far so great! Shannon is the perfect person for the ending, and Murphy's the perfect guy for her. They're so cute togther! I got this overwhelming feeling about finally reading of Brianna and Gray's baby girl, Kayla. I wasn't expecting it. Liam is such a joy in the last one. He's so cute and I can almost feel the little man asking for a kiss. I really was sighing over Brianna and Gray's story. It was like a perfect romance, with the right twists and turns. Very funny and cute. Maggie and Rogan's story was more like a romantic-comedy. Hilarious! Loved it. And now, with Shannon and Murphy, it seems like a mix of both comedy and a sweet, touching romance. But there's just something about Brianna and Gray --and now Kayla. That cutie! I always fall in love with Nora's characters. They become real to me, and I had such a hard time putting the 'Chesapeake Bay Saga' to rest when I finished Seth's wonderful story. I have --yet again --fallen in love with the Concannons, Sweeney, Thane, and now Muldoon and the part Bodine. Can't wait to finish the last one, although I'll --at the same time --never want to finish. Great writer is Nora Roberts! Keep it up, girl! You rule! HUGS> Cyndi
