Rating: Summary: One of my top ten authors at # 3. Review: This book was so well written. I like the way she writes her characters, she really does a good job at personalizing them. This is one of her best.
Rating: Summary: A MUST READ FOR EVERYONE!! Review: TERESA MEDEIROS IS AMAZING. THIS BOOK HAS JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF HUMOR AND PASSION. I HOPE THAT THERE IS A SECOND BOOK WITH BEA AND DESMOND AS THE LEAD CHARACTERS.
Rating: Summary: I have found a new favorite author!! Review: This book was my first introduction to the talented work of T.M.; however, I found myself unable to put the book down and was soon looking for more of her work online. This author and her characters are truly special. After years of being a faithful historical romance reader who was devoted to several wonderful writers, I was reluctant to try other authors became they all seem lacking outside of my normal "favorites." The well-written "Charming the Prince" was a risk I know I will never forget because T.M. had become a new favorite and I look forward to reading all her old novels and am anxious for all her future ones to come. Thank you so much for recommending this wonderful author. I encourage everyone to read this novel and enjoy a quiet afternoon in a far away place where the world always turns out "right." This author will give you what we all seek, a world of love.
Rating: Summary: Really Funny Review: I really enjoyed this one. This is the first book that I have read of Ms. Medeiros--I can see myself reading more.
Rating: Summary: Laughed throughout the book Review: The book had some really funny moments and was delightful. So far I've liked all of her books.
Rating: Summary: Very "Charming"...... Review: Once again, Teresa Medeiros has made me laugh out loud while reading. All the characters (including the however many children present) are very charming and easy to love. Bannor is truly a prince at heart and "how could anyone not love" Willow? This was a very entertaining book and I enjoyed it immensely!
Rating: Summary: Another Winner Review: All of Teresa Medeiros books are a good read, and this one was right up there with the best. I sat down as soon as I received the book from Amazon and didn't surface untill the last page was turned. I can't wait untill her next book is out.
Rating: Summary: ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY DELIGHTFUL !! Review: I had to stop by the grocery store for a couple of items...saw Theresa's lastest and had to buy it. Because I was in the middle of the second book of a series that I am thoroughly enjoying, I was only going to read the Prologue to "Charming the Prince". A mere few hours later I was totally disgusted to find that I had reached the Epilogue, yep, you guessed it I couldn't put it down. I have read quite a few of T.M.'s books but I would have to rate this up close to my favorite "Nobody's Darling". This book is lively and witty while it is also very toughing. Willow has overcome much to be the woman she has become, her spirit 'bruised but no broken' according to Sir Hollis. My only criticism is I would like to have seen the wicked step-mother taken down even more and her father really wake up and smell the coffee. The Prince, Bannor the Bold, was very much to my liking though he was also a bit thick-witted ( he should have listened more to Sir Hollis). Medeiros did an excellent job of individualizing the children thereby evoking strong sentiments regarding them and their outcomes ( do I dare hope for sequels... wouldn't Mary Margaret make a wonderful heroine and Ennis a valiant knight?). I highly recommend this latest pearl by Teresa Medeiros.
Rating: Summary: Simply Enchanting! Review: Teresa Medeiros has written a truly humourous book with lots of laughter ad passion. At first I was daunted by the 12 kids - I mean, 12??? - but luckily, Ms Medeiros does her job well. Simply fun. I haven't laughed so hard in a long while until now!
Rating: Summary: In one word -- perfect!! The man, women, kids and laughs. Review: First, I must state that I read this book in only a few hours (because I couldn't put it down)and that this is the best Teresa Medeiros book I've read. I have enjoyed them all but only this one made me laugh out loud at Bannor's children and his response to them. I also liked the way that the author planted the seeds for a future romance between two of the characters. Lastly, I would highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys romance mixed with humor because with "Charming The Prince" you get it.
