Summary: matt caldwell: texas tycoon
Review: I LOVED THE BOOK. I AM ADDICTED TO THE LONG TALL TEXANS. I LIKED THE STORY LINE MATT WAS A JERK IN THE BEGINNING BUT BY THE END I FELL IN LOVE WITH MATT MY SELF.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: What a great book!
Review: I read every one of Diana Palmer's books, and this was no disappointment to me. The hero and the heroine were great characters with sizzling chemistry. As always, Ms. Palmer, I loved it and could not put it down. Thanks for being a wonderful writer. I can't wait to read the next book you write!

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Not up to par.
Review: I was looking forward to this book since the last couple were so disappointing and I knew that Ms. Palmer could do better.

Matt Caldwell is an unfeeling, insensitive, unobservant and cruel man. It's hard to see the charm in loving a man like that. After thoroughly crushing and demoralizing the female protagonist (who of course, has been traumatized by a man before), Caldwell then shows remorse. His regret then mysteriously transforms him into Mr. Tender & Caring. She forgives without a whimper. Pretty hard to swallow.

Despite my disappointment with the story line, I saw glimpses of the old Palmer style her fans know and love.

Summary: Typical D. Palmer
Review: If you like Diana Palmer, you will like this. Nothing special, just the same stuff she usually writes. A nice quick read.

Summary: Along the same line.
Review: Interesting read, but has the usual storyline of abused frightened girl who can't stand the touch of men, being able to let the main character leap on her.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Thumbs Down
Review: Matt Caldwell cruelly harasses his female employee (both verbally and sexually) to the extent that if in the real world, he would be experiencing serious difficulties with the legal system. She, following the typical Palmer formula, falls in love with him. He discovers the truth about her, instantly turns into a charming and caring man, and they live happily ever after. Give me a break. A real woman would find a good attorney and file charges against this abuser. Not one of Ms. Palmer's finer moments in literary history.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Absolute garbage
Review: What a waste of paper. A wimp and a bully -- two less likable characters would be hard to find.
