Review: What can I say, I LOVE this book. Hands down my favorite from Lavyrle Spencer. I read this book at least once every 3 months or so, and I never get tired of it. I've read all of her books and recommend her to everyone! No other author even comes close! I am gonna miss her writing soo much, I really really am. I would love to talk to other fans of Ms Spencers about her writing...please feel free to write to me! Would love to hear if anyone has found someone who resembles her style (highly undoubtful).

Summary: Lavyrle's Best Yet!
Review: My cousin recomended this book to me and I recomend this to anyone who loves a good love story. This is deffinitly one of Lavyrle's best love stories. I couldn't put it down! Will Parker is the modern day knight in shinning armor. Ellie a strong stuborn woman like many of Lavyrles female characters, wins your heart right away with her honesty and love for her family. Will and Ellies love for eachother and the children is the stuff stories are made of.

Review: One of my absolute favourites, and it's one of the rare books that I can reread again with relish. Will is a smashing darling, and Elly is courageous and sensitive. I love them right from the start. They are not the typical heroes and heroines that are more like gods and goddesses, but very real and normal human beings with everyday challenges to face. Also, unlike many other romance novels, this book doesn't have sex and desires tingling right from page one, but instead has a slow and sweet building of love and emotions that is more heart-warming. It breaks my heart to see Will enjoying the smallest pleasures that everyone else takes for granted, and saddens me when I read about how Elly was treated. But I have a silly smile pasted on my face as I read about the little daily things they did for each other to make life seems a mite better (I wonder if my roommate had the urge to call for the psychiatric ward when she saw me). The only part in this book that I didn't like is Will's lengthy departure to serve in the army. But all in all, this is an absolutely grand and beautiful story with wonderful yet very believable characters that is sure to melt your innards.

Summary: A wonderful romance story
Review: I was about 15 when I read Morning Glory for the first time. Since then I have read it about 6 more times. It is the first book I read by Lavyrle Spencer. The characters in the book really captured my heart. It was like I was a part of the book as well. The story of the ex con coming to town and finding Ellie's ad, then they hit it off so well was great. I am a sucker for romance novels, and this one is one of my favorites.

Review: In this book, you can see HOW and WHY the two main characters fall in love. It is not just the most beautiful woman in the entire universe falling for the sexiest man who ever had a deep dark secret. This is a book about real people who open up to each other and finally get the happy ending they deserve. All of the details of the book are perfect; everything about it is perfect. And to the reviewer below, they did make a movie out of it but the actor who played Will Parker was Christopher Reeve, who, bless his heart, just does not look like a scrawny underfed ex-con. If you loved the book do not watch the movie.

Review: Morning Glory touched us in a way that nothing has ever before. With every recollection of the book, we practically cry. LaVyrle Spencer is a dream, our favorite author of all time, and someone we shall never forget. This book has given us so many happy moments that we can never thank her enough. The characters, the setting, the story, are so real that they practically scare you. You feel that you have lived there all your life, as if every part of the book is and has always been a part of you. Unforgettable. One never to leave our hearts. They're captured forever by a little piece of Morning Glory.

Summary: Heartwarming
Review: I liked the characters in this book and thought it was a sweet love story. How could you not love these two. What a sweet, kind man Will was. Elly was a woman of great kindness and character. There were parts of the book that seemed slow though. Also, although I recognize that the way in which the characters spoke was realistic, I found reading it difficult.
