Rating: Summary: Renegade Review: Diana delivers another truly amazing story. I have been reading Diana's books for some time now and I have come to love and cherish every book she writes. From the moment he was introduced in the Texas Ranger, Cash Grier has stolen the hearts of all he comes across. In Lawless Cash proves to all just how much of a formibadle presence he can be. We see that he is not the cold hearted lawman but, a carrying, loving, and sensual man. When Cash and Tippy spend some time alone all you see is sparks flying between them, but neither will even hint to what they are feeling. In Renegade these two ignite a flame of passion that can't be stopped. The one thing holding them back is that neither trusts the other due to their past ordeals. This story is so truling amazing and the story behind the romance is one that you can actually see happening. I love Diana's books and I love Cash Grier even more. I am thrilled that he got his own book so that he can tell his story to the world.
Rating: Summary: A wonderful surprise! Review: Diana Palmer did an amazing job with this book. One minute I would be almost to tears and the next minute I would be laughing out loud. The story between Cash and Tippy starts way before they even met each other. I would also recommend reading the book before with Judd and Cristabol, because I think that book would explain this better. Although if you don't you can still get through the book without a problem. Tippy, who is a model/actress, tries to put as much faith in Cash as possible, but with Cash being a man of a destructive past he treats her terribly. Diana wrote with passion and warmth. I recommend this book to any person who loves a great emotional romance.
Rating: Summary: Renegade an awesome read Review: I have been reading Diana Palmers books since I was a teenager and I find this to be one of her top books. I have waited a long time for this story that involves Cash Grier & Tippy Moore since they were introduced in another book called Lawless & I wasn't disappointed. The story kept me on my toes with plenty of suspense as well as a great romance. I give Diana a tip of my hat...another great & well written story by a truly great writer..please keep them coming.
Rating: Summary: It Was Worth The Wait Review: I have been waiting on this book to come out in what seemed like forever. I loved it. I loved both of the characters, and their differences just made them all that better for each other. Diana Palmer is one of my favorite authors and this book just showed what a great story she can tell.
Rating: Summary: Kind of disappointed Review: I looked forward to reading this from the moment I finished "Lawless" and knew that Cash and Tippy were destined for a story of their own. Maybe I built "Renegade" up too much in my mind, but it was a big letdown for me. It was missing many of the elements that make Palmer one of my favorite authors. There is no slow buildup of sexual tension - Cash and Tippy are in bed together early in the book. The heroine is put through so many bad things, from her past to what happens to her in the story, that it is very depressing. So is Cash's treatment of her. He is downright cruel to her at times, and that does not make a romance to me. Plus, there are so many secondary characters to keep straight and so many things going on - local politics, movie stuff, government agencies, local criminal activities, etc., that the story gets bogged down. I wanted more focus on the main relationship, not the many mini-dramas going on around it. Maybe the most telling thing I noticed is that this is the first of Palmer's books that my library classified with a sticker that reads "Western" instead of "Romance". That says it all. It is not a bad book - Diana Palmer is a terrific writer - and I will re-read it, but I will do so keeping in mind that it is less a love story and more a dramatic tale with some love scenes in it.
Rating: Summary: Great Story Review: I thought she did a nice job with the story. I would have enjoyed seeing more of the friendship between Tippy and Crissy. It said they became close friends but didn"t expound on it. Overall it was very good and held my interest all the way through. Cash is a hard man because of things in his past but because of Tippy's love and his willingness they learn how to trust each other. I love Cash's personality. He is arogant, but you can't help but love him. His is devoted, faithful and very gentle with those close to him. It's a keeper on my bookshelf.
Rating: Summary: Always Amazing Review: I've been reading romance novels for over ten years. Unfortunately, many of the books that have come out the past few years have failed to WOW me. But I can always count on Diana Palmer for an amazing book! Her books always leave me breathless and excited for the next! Many of her novels are alike but they never fail to make me smile and remember why I enjoy reading romance so much!
This newest title doesn't fail to bring a loving, sweet, and sexy story to the table. If you love Diana Palmer...This won't disappoint! If you've never Diana Palmer before..what are you waiting for?
5 Stars All The Way! Thanks for all the wonderful stories Diana! Keep them coming!
Rating: Summary: engaging romantic suspense Review: In Jacobsville, Texas Police Chief Cash Grier goes to New York to see Tippy "Georgia Firefly" Moore, the famous model turned actor. Cash and Tippy recently met in his hometown (see LAWLESS) but Tippy has mixed feelings about the lawman who wants to see her because she is very attracted to him, but fears intimacy since her stepfather raped her as a teen while her drugged out mom did nothing. In fact once she escaped she rescued her abused younger brother nine year old Rory from that hell although their "parents" use him to blackmail her for drug money.
Cash picks up Rory at his Maryland military school and takes him to his sister in the East Village. The attraction between Cash and Tippy could ignite Manhattan, but both remain wary as neither trust easily; she due to her stepfather and he due to his former fiancée's rejection in which she labeled him a cold killer after telling her about his military black ops work. However, druggies linked to her stepfather target Tippy and Rory as easy money, but they failed to factor in Cash, who loves both of them.
This engaging romantic suspense is more of a character study of two walking wounded rather than the police procedural love story of LAWLESS. Tippy and Cash have issues involving trust and intimacy as both have been hammered by the darkest side of humanity. Rory is a terrific "matchmaker" although his adjustments seem too easy. The "parents" are poster adults for why having children needs licensing more than marriage between two consenting adults. RENEGADE is a deep look at the healing power of love.

Rating: Summary: I can't read this book! Review: The heroine Tippy Moore in this book was the "other woman" in Lawless. I hated, hated, hated her in Lawless! Why would I want to read about her in Renegade? Did I mention that I hated her in Lawless? She doesn't deserve to be redeamed in this book. So what if she had a terrible childhood, didn't mean she had to be a bee-ach in Lawless.
Rating: Summary: I still have goose bumps! Review: There was so much story in this book. I fell in love with Cash Grier. There was so much passion between them that i wanted to read the same page over and over again! Great going Diana!!
