Summary: MacKenzie men leaves me breathless
Review: Another MacKenzie that I fell in love with! I read the story in one sitting. I just could not put the book down. Zane is so intense and sweet and sexy! Wow! The anecdotes about Nick are so wonderful. Makes me want to have a Nick of my own. I'd love to read her story when she's all grown up.

Review: Another satisfying story about a MacKenzie brother. I enjoyed every word. And Barrie was a good match for Zane. Linda Howard is a master story teller.I also like Beverly Barton but didn't care as much for Defending His Own as I have some of her other books. Secret baby stories bore me so that's probably the reason. Also, I don't much care for stories where something happens to a character as a teen and he/she holds it against the world forever. Good grief! We all grow and mature. Some of these people never do. Along with the secret baby, this is an over-used and unnecessary plot device. It creaks.

Review: As a 'first-time' reader of Linda Howards' book, I was kinda skeptical. My skeptism soon turned to adoration. I couldn't put the book down. "Mackenzie's Pleasure" is a brilliant book. Juicy, sweet and innocent, yet intriguing all in one breath. A must read for any woman who enjoys a strong, handsome male hero-type character. I definately do. Great stuff Linda!!!!

Summary: Zane is sweet, let me tell you!
Review: Barrie is a strong woman in a bad situation. Zane is her rescuer. Let me tell you with a guy like Zane, I'd be willing to beat him to the ground any way possible. His intensity, his sensuality, his concern for Barrie - this is the way romance should be written. Only one thing really bothered me - we meet him as a baby, learn a little about him as a boy - & then he's all grown up. For the first 2 books, you feel almost maternal towards him than WHAM! He turns into this major hottie. But it was definately worth the mixed feeling. Am seriously looking forward to Chance.

Review: I absolutely love Zane Mackenzie's character. I hope there's more novels to follow this one. I haven't read the other books by Linda Howard but I'll definitely search out for them. This novel is not to be missed!

Review: I could not put this book down. Zane has got to be my favorite. I can't wait to read on Chance's turn on marriage. I can't ever get tired about reading these Mackenzie men. I would just like to read the stories on the other brothers. A must have for everyone.

Summary: where can you find the real deal
Review: I love the way Linda goes on in the epilogue to paint a picture of Zane and Barrie's lives after marriage. To stop without telling us what happens next was to much to bear. Now, I can't wait until we get a chance to read about Chance, the Mackenzie boys and espeacially about Nick. She's a feisty one and the guy for her...well...only Linda knows.
