Rating: Summary: Loved and and keep up the good work Review: I loved the book. Such a beautiful love story. Yes, it did remind me of Jude's "Knight in Shining Armor" , which I read twice and so has my daughter. Look foward to reading some of her other works. I did read a Dance through Time and liked it also. I happen to love time travel and this was right up there with my all time favorites.
Rating: Summary: It was wonderful! Review: I couldn't put the book down. I cried. This is the third book of Lynn Kurland's that I have read, and I hope she continue to write such beautiful love stories in the ghostly and time-travel fashion. I can't wait for her to write another book. I have already finished "The Very Thought of You". I loved it!
Rating: Summary: You won't be able to put it down! Review: I have read this book over and over again. Each time I do, I feel as if I have visited a very special place. You become so attached to these characters, you feel as if they live on when you put the book down. A must read for anyone that has true romance in their heart...
Rating: Summary: I won't give away the plot Review: This book is really divided into two parts. The first, when the heroine and ghost hero meet, is really well done. The author has some original ideas on how a ghost thinks, feels, and interacts with the real world around him. The second half, when the heroine and hero really get to know one another, drags on a bit. Still, I will definitely but this author's next book!

Rating: Summary: THE BEST - I'VE READ IT OVER AND OVER! Review: Stardust of Yesterday is the best book I have ever read in the romance arena. I laughed, I cried, I cheered and groaned. I have never gotten so involved with characters in a book before. If you want a completely entertaining, heart grabbing book, this is the one!
Rating: Summary: Fantastic, very romantic, hilarious ghost story Review: This is the funniest book I have read all year!! I especially liked the jousting tournaments!! All the participants were ghosts. And all the things he did to
try to scare her away in the beginning were crazy!! The relationship between the hero and heroine was very romantic!

Rating: Summary: A sweet romance Review: I have to admit I had a hard time buying into the 20th century woman and the 13th century ghost, but I enjoyed the story. There are a lot of "stretches" for the imagination (such as, if all she had to do was sign over the castle, she didn't need to visit it to do so, but then we wouldn't have had much of a story, now would we?). The main character, Genevieve's reluctance to accept her "dream castle" could have resulted in her disposing of it immediately. But once I got past that and past my initial "how is she going to make this work?" with the ghost, Kendrick, I sat down to enjoy it. Ms. Kurland's "texturized" descriptions were very good although once Kendrick became corporeal, things dragged a bit. The consummation of the marriage took a bit long, the game playing of making each other suffer was somewhat insufferable. HOWEVER, I did enjoy this book and would recommend it. Its light and fun and the interaction between the main characters is enjoyable.
Rating: Summary: Laugh-Out-Loud Funny and Beautifully Loving and Tender Review: I absolutely loved this book! I will not go into detail of what this story is about. The above reviews are pretty descriptive. The love that develops between Genevieve and Kendrick is beautiful. There are so many laugh-out-loud moments as well as tearful scenes where you feel the seeming hopelessness of their situation. You can actually see them fall in love (sniffle, sniffle). Ms. Kurland really "draws" the characters and scenes so fully and clearly that you feel like you are right there in the room with them. Genevieve and Kendrick are very likeable/loveable characters - well, you may want to grab Kendrick by the neck and shake a few times in the very beginning, but he quickly redeems himself. The supporting characters are also very well developed and sometimes "steal the show." I know there are a few of them that I hope will get their own story. While there are some good moments of suspense, in this reader's opinion this story is mostly about the developing relationship between Genevieve and Kendrick, who they are and how they came to be where they are presently. It is a beautiful and humorous love story and one of the most well-written stories I have read. I loved not only the characters (even when you want to throttle them) but also the story line and how it progressed from the first to the very last page (well, okay, there were a couple of aggravations, but who in real life never has those? And those aggravations do not detract from the story but actually add to it). One comment for those who like explicit love scenes in their books: You will not get that in this book. There is a little bit of descriptive "love making," but not in great detail. Some may think this leaves the story lacking, but in my opinion it is not necessary to include X-rated sex scenes in order to have a good love story. If you want to spend several hours being entertained by laughing out loud and oohing and ahhing over tender moments, then I recommend getting this book. You will not be disappointed.
Rating: Summary: Almost in Two Pieces....A Great Read (& Re-read & Re-Read) Review: This is one of my all time favorites. I have read it so many times that it is almost in 2 pieces. You will laugh out loud, cry and hopefully, fall in love with the characters!!
Gen is a wonderful girl who runs into a bit of bad luck with her decorating business and has never had a love life. However, the inheritance of a castle may be the answer to her dreams!
Kendrick is a knight in shining armor - even if it is a bit rusty. But what can you expect of a 13th century ghost who was deceived and murdered?
The other characters (especially the ghosts) are some of the best out of all of the books I own (which is over 400 - all historical romances)!! However, don't discredit Ms. Kurland's other books & their characters, they are just as good as this one!
