Review: This book is a classic, and if you don't see yourself in Kurland's heroines...then you aren't heroine material! To date, I have read this book and all of her books at least 6 times each. A must have for the Library of any Romance fan.

Summary: A KEEPER
Review: An interesting premise, a mischievous hero, a witty heroine....what more could a romance fan want in a book? Don't start this book at bedtime, you'll stay up through the night to finish the book. Lynn Kurland manages to include both heart wrenching and laugh out loud moments in her debut novel.

Summary: Could not put it down!
Review: Lynn Kurland is a master storyteller comparable in many ways to another favorite novelist, Jude Devereau. I was completely intregued by this plot and the characters. I could not wait to find out how the book ended! I recommend you read this and all Ms. Kurland's other books, they are great!

Summary: One of the Best
Review: This book was so great I actually cried while reading it because the frustration of the hero seemed so real. That's saying something about the author's skills, because the hero is a ghost. One of my all-time favorites.

Summary: Stardust of Yesterday
Review: Wonderful book, couldn't put it down. The author made it seem that any wish could come true. This author has great promise.

Summary: Disappointing
Review: This book annoyed me. The premise was interesting, but the heroine really got on my nerves as the book dragged on. Instead of growing stronger, she grew weaker. And many of the decisions she made had me groaning. As for the hero, he would have had to do a lot more changing before I would have forgiven him for his actions, and behavior. The plot was also loose and unfulfilling. The atmosphere was truly lacking. Overall, a disappointing read.

Summary: Stardust of Yesterday
Review: I've been reading romance novels for over 20 years. It's been a long time since a book has surprised and delighted me to such an extent! More Ms. Kurland, Please...

Summary: A Lady in Distress?
Review: Lynn Kurland has come up with a unique plot: dreamy American female inherits a 13th century castle as well as its handsome "knight-in-shining armor" ghost. Ms Kurland allows her hero ghost to have a sense of humor which he displays by creating illusions so that he can joust or swordplay for exercise, appearing to unsuspecting humans in blue jeans and a Raiders sweatshirt, driving a Jag, or critiquing NFL games he watches on TV. His companion ghosts help enliven the plot. Add attempted kidnapping and murder plus a ghost that gets another chance at life, and you have a book that is hard to put down.
