Review: Everyone else has told the storyline. This book changed my life. Yes, I know it is a romance novel, but it is the first one I read parts of it out loud to my husband. I just had to share the humor of it all! Another title that had me on the floor (laughing), and also reading it out loud to my husband was Ronda Thompson's, "Isn't It Romantic?" I hear they are going to make a film of it, I hope so. It is the funniest book I've ever read in my life. Enjoy

Review: What if you met a gorgeous man from the 16th century, fell in love with him, but he was taken from you in an instant. I became Dougless Montgomery each time the pages were opened while reading A Knight In Shining Armor. This is the BEST BOOK I've EVER read!! I read it in 3 days, and for a housewife, that's fast! A highly recommended read.

Summary: I nearly cried ...
Review: Well, Jude Deveraux doesn't belong to my most favourite writers. I think her stories are too unbelievable even for romance (every romance is more or less unbelievable). I read only 8 books of her: „Velvet series“ – it was OK; „Princess“ was nice, sometimes funny, I liked it more than „The Raider“ and I found „Temptress“ one of the worst novels ever written. But „Knight in shining armor“ ... I confess when I decided to buy it I was influenced by two things: ...list of best millennium (or 20th century?) romances and the plot. I've always been in love in those stories about nowadays people meeting men living in old times. I absolutely adore French movies „Les visiteurs“ and found Michael Crichton's „Timeline“ very interesting. So I couldn't miss „A knight in shining armor“! And I will never be sorry that I bought it. Yes, the book - I mean the plot - is unbelievable, but – it's a kind of sci-fi and in sci-fi stories everything is possible. I was really sad about the ending, I hoped Nicholas and Dougless somehow would be together. It surely was not that happy end used in romances! Still, it is very very nice, almost heartbreaking and I'm sure this time Jude Deveraux did her best. Congratulation!

Review: 3 words-OH MY GOD!!! This book is best of the best, the characters are real, three dimensional. It is fast pace that you can't help but kept on reading till the very last page. It is funny and romantic so we LOL and crying at the same time. I like her style is that she is different from the rest of the authors is that she gets to the point and doesn't spend 2 chapters sex (as the matter of fact it is clean), they should make a movie out of this book. Job well done Jude.

Review: I've read this book well over ten times. It's so hard to put down once you pick it up. I can honestly say, whenever I'm feeling down on life, I can pick up this book or any of Jude's books and be taken to another place and time. Her stories are increadible and I recomend them to all my friends. It's a great thing when an author can help you get away by simply telling a story.

Review: I had never read a romance novel before my mom insisted I read this book. I loved suspense novels and anything by Robin Cook. I started reading this book and couldn't put it down! I even read it at stop lights! I have recommended it to all of my friends and they have all loved it. I have one friend who wants to name her first born son Nicholas! It's a great gift and a must for summer beach or vacation reading. Get a copy for your next plane trip. The historic content and the ability of Jude Deveraux to take the reader from present day back in time is wonderful. It gives the reader a great insight into the ways of life so long ago!

Every time Ms. Devereax releases a new book, I rush out to buy it hoping, that this time, it will be a part of the series which would continue the love story of Dougless and Nicholas (and not just a mention of them in the book - how naughty of you Jude). Review: This was the first of Jude Deveraux's books that I ever read. I read it back in 1994. Since that time, I have read it more than ten times. Sometimes, I would finish it, just to turn around and start it again. It goes everywhere with me. I have moved several times and it is one of the few things that I keep close to me during the move. To anyone in the mood for an emotional, moving, joyous reading experience, this is the book for you.

Review: Maybe the best romance book I've ever read. It's a very good book, category nonwithstanding. It's a story people will relate to because it's about loss and hope. It made me smile and cry. And I kept thinking about it after having put it down.

If you want to read a love story and don't know what to pick, pick "A knight in Shining armor", you can't go wrong.
