Review: this is one of the best books i've read in a very long time, i know its been out for a while but i just saw it & i had to get it i have read more of judes books but this one i think is the very best one yet. i would recomend every body reading it it is just great.

Summary: My Favorite Book of All Time
Review: I loved this story. It is the best romance book that I have ever read! Time Travel and Romance, and Humor this story has it all. I laughed and Cried. This story has so much to offer and it is incredibly touching. The characters are likeable and I really did not want the story to end. If you can get your hands on any version of this story. It would be well worth the effort!

Summary: Nicholas is cool
Review: This book was absolutely amazing. After reading so many 5-star reviews, I wasn't sure it would live up to my expectations. And of course it didn't...it EXCEEDED them! I was engrossed after the first few paragraphs (and it always takes me forever to "get into" a book completely). I fell in love with both Nicholas and Dougless for their absolute, complete, precious love for each other. I felt like my heart was going to break both times she loses him. Even though I give this book 5 stars, there is ONE thing that bothers me. I was hoping so much that she wouldn't end up with some guy that looks and acts like Nicholas, but ISN'T actually Nicholas. And of course she did. That happened with Remembrance too, and it's just such a downer. After everything Dougless and Nicholas had been through together, they don't even end up together, but their "souls" find each other! Argh! It's like someone telling you you can't have your husband anymore, but you can have another man with your husband's "soul." Not good enough. But yeah, other than that I loved it.

Summary: The Quintessential Romance Novel
Review: When I think of a romance novel, this is exactly what I think of. It has everything you need: romance (duh), intrigue, interesting character development, sex, clever and witty dialogue, and a good story. A Knight in Shining Armor is everything. It's the best, especially if you're looking for that mix of contemporary and historical that comes with a time travel romance. This is really a marvelous book. I can't stress this enough.

Summary: Every Romantic Historian's Dream...
Review: I am a history major, accenting my major in Elizabethan England. One can imagine how boring this can become at times! However, after reading A Knight in Shining Armor, I remembered why I cherish this time period!
The beauty, romance, spirit and chivalry of this novel is unbeatable! I have loved every book of Miss Deveraux's that I have read, however, this is the only one that I have read 16 times!
The first time I read it, I opened it and did not put it down until the story ended.
I recommend this book above and beyond all, especially for those who like to be taken away to a world of romance, intrigue and sheer pleasure.

Review: I like a lot of depth of plot to counterbalance love stories, and I rarely find romance novels that have enough external action to please me. While this book doesn't offer as much in the way of plot as I usually like, I found it to be a sweet, light-hearted and compelling read. There were no earth-shattering moments of emotion for me, but there were some very amusing and touching parts that brought a smile to my face. Devereaux manages to tug at the heart strings without being overly saccharine or compromising character integrity. If you're looking for something with the complexity of Gabaldon's writing, you may end up disappointed with this.. But if you want a light read that centers around a dashing knight, a modern woman and a healthy dose of humor, this book is well worth the asking price.
