Review: we should all get ordered to married a man like alec. jamie is wonderfully funny,beautifull and no pushover. their love is what wishes are made of. run dont walk to your bookstore and grab this book even if its in someone elses hand.

Review: This was my first book from Julie Garwood and all I can say is that it got me SOOO hooked on her stories that I now own every single book she's done since then! Fascinating characters, a dash of humor here and there and just plain excellent stories. Every romantic reader should read her books.

Review: I must admit, I hated the romance genre before I discovered Julie Garwood. Simpering, empty-headed heroines and disgustingly over-macho heros just didn't do it for me. But Ms. Garwood has a knack for creating unique, lovable characters her readers truly care about. Jamie is such a believable heroine, and Alec's gentle humor always makes me smile. If you're fed up with boiled-over formula romance novels, give this one a try. You won't regret it.
