Review: This is the BEST book I have ever read BAR NONE! Julie Garwood's writing is superb, Jamie is full of life, and ALEC KINCAID is the most devastingly handsome (c'mon, we all know he's gorgeous) and sexy male character ever. Honestly, I have read The Bride four times, and I still haven't gotten enough (I'll probably read it again this summer). It's Garwood's most superb creation ever! (For readers who yearn for more of Jamie and Alec, they also appear in The Wedding).

Review: This is by far the very best romance novel I have ever read. This is also the best book ever written by Julie Garwood! I've read every single one of her books (including Come The Spring) and this is my very favorite. This is a must read. You'll fall head over heels for Alec Kincaid, and you'll love Jamie.

Review: Julie Garwood creates characters that you can't help but fall in love with. From Jaime the stubborn feisty heroine to the enchanting man she was betrothed to "Laird" Kincaid. This was the second of her novels that I have read, and I can't wait until I receive my next one. Her books have become one of my favorite. I wish Ms. Garwood would tell us where she finds her inspiration for character's like Alec Kincaid, because I for one would love to meet him in real life!

Review: "The Bride" by Julie Garwood was so enjoyable you won't put it down. Jamie shows you that even women in the old days could have a lot of spunk when faced with a man full of strength and passion. Alec shows that men can be gentle along with being very, very masculine. Jamie and Alec are both intelligent, loving and sexy. You won't regret reading this book.
