Summary: This one got me hooked!
Review: Years ago, this was the first romance novel I read and I thought if they were all like this I was in trouble. I have yet to find one that I like as well as this one. I believe this was some of Ms. Brown's best work!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: NC-17 - it sizzles!
Review: Man oh Man, what a book! Sexy, fiery, wonderful characters! I loved it, and have shared it with numerous persons who loved it as much as I did. MMMMMMM. Delicious!

Summary: Love, Suspense, Tension, Madness, and Fulfillment
Review: This is the first Sandra Brown novel I have read and I loved it,(even though it was first printed in 1988). I would give it a million stars. It is filled with good and evil, love and betrayal. But, hang on because you won't want to stop reading. Cash Boudreaux is not a likable guy, but he has attitude, just like Schyler (and this is what made the book so enjoyable).

Summary: Absolutely The Best!!
Review: Absolutely, positively, without a doubt, the very very best romance novel I have ever read! I have re-read it three times, and it just keeps getting better. Has all the qualities I like... a quietly proud and independent heroine (notice I didn't say "ravishingly beautiful"), a hero who's smart, drop-dead gorgeous and oooozes sensuality (of course) and a plot that's more than just how he and she deal with their feelings towards each other, yet not so deep and complex that I start to lose interest. Sandra Brown has such a gift for words... I love all her books, but this is her best.

Summary: One of the Best Romances I have ever read
Review: This was the first Sandra Brown novel I read & I read this book many times since then.

Cash Boudreaux is one of the sexiest male characters I've read about. Ms. Brown's ability to develop sexual tension between Cash and Skyler is phenomenal.

I have to honestly admit, this book is probably Sandra Brown's finest book. None of her other novels have measured up to this story. The characters are human, they have depth. Everyone has a flaw -- no one is perfect in this book. But Cash & Skyler overcome their own quirks and human flaws to love each other.

THe storyline does deal with poverty, small backwater town politics and gossip, intermingled with romance, suspense, and good ole' backstabbing redneck hypocrites... If you've never lived in a small southern town full of red necks, then I'm sure its difficult to imagine life in Heaven Louisiana. Honestly, I've been there/done that. Ms. Brown literally captures the feelings!!

Plus there is one fantastic story line that encompasses this lovestory. Highly recommended reading. i have literally worn out my book and am looking to replace it.....

Summary: One of Sandra Brown's Best!
Review: This book holds your attention and captivates you till the end. The characters are perfectly suited to eachother. I would recomend this book to anyone who likes romance and suspense.

Summary: The steamiest, sexiest, novel by Sandra, I loved it.
Review: Slow Heat in Heaven is the steamiest, sexiest novel I have ever read by Sandra Brown, I loved it. The story kept my body tingling, heart pounding, my imagination working overtime. She makes the reader feel the sexual tension, the angry, the disbelief, the whole nine yards. I love this book so much, I can't give my girlfriend back her copy until I get a copy of my own. I can't stop rereading it.

Summary: GRrrrRr... HATE the hero in this one
Review: i really hated the ehro in this novel. He was an ass pain and simple. If he was so in love with her why's he kiss her sister near the end of the book (sorry for giving thatpart away). I mean if he's gonna behave that why each time they have a fight then he's not trust worthy. Throughout the novel he was a plain ass. (...) But you ppl. might be into all that stuff... I dunno... lol. I wont recommend this book... i thought it would be good and i was greatly disappointed ;^( too bad eh. But dont take my word for it, go out there and get the book and make ur own minds about it. I'm 91.999% sure by the time you finish the book (if you even get that far through it) you'll agree with my argues. Till next time.
