Review: A voir la cote de ce livre, je m'attendais à beaucoup plus. A franchement parlé, il s'y passe pratiquement rien avant le milieu du livre!! C'est hyper lent comme début, "comme il est beau, comme elle est belle" pourrait facilement le résumer. A éviter. Je donne 2 étoiles en raison de la fin (épilogue) qui, peut-être, est bonne, sans plus.

Review: Amazing, wonderful, sinfully delicious. This book is power packed from the first flip of the page until the very end. I was sad that it was over, frankly I was stunned at how well pieced together this book was. Without giving away the plot I must say I enjoyed the torment warring within Grimm's heart. It's gripping to see how much he loves Jillian and yet is willing to abstain. Simply terrific. Keep doing a great job, you have a fan for life.

Review: Good God! Are they all that big? With all the romance novels that I've read, I never expected a follow-up story to be this good. After reading "Beyond a Highland Mist" I was going "Berserk" waiting for a story on Grimm. But my patience sure paid off. Ms Moning did a fabulous job on writing her version of "Beauty and the Beast"(although, after looking at the cover, you wouldn't consider him a beast at all). I think I'll go wish upon a star now! Thanks for a well written book, Ms Moning. I don't wish to go "berserk" before your next novel, so please hurry with it. =)

Review: I absolutely adored Karen's new book, "To Tame a Highland Warrior". It was a book that I truly could not put down. Karen writes in such a way that "bam" she grabs your attention in the very beginning and pulls you right into the story itself. While reading this novel, I felt a real familiarity with the two main characters, Grimm and Jillian. She really gets into setting up the background (but doesn't pound it - background info, that is - to death like so many other authors do, so much that you want to put the book down right then) for her characters so that you feel like you know them personally. You can really "feel" the characters' emotions and the conflicts going on between them. I have to say that it's so very easy with Karen Moning's writing style to get totally caught up and lost in the story line. When I read her first book "Beyond the Highland Mist", I didn't think that a romance novel could get any better. Boy was I wrong. This novel, in my opinion, far surpasses the last, which like I said above, didn't think could get any better! I really loved everything about her latest novel - especially the way she grabs your attention from the start and keeps it the whole way through! Can't wait to read her next one!
