Summary: hot but no chemistry
Review: "Hard Drive". In Cleveland's Ohio Microdesign Corporation, Mack Stone walks into the office of Kindra Hill only to overhear her having cybersex with some stud. He has wanted Kindra for awhile so he sees an opportunity. She agrees to twelve hours of bona fide sex to prove there ain't nothing like the real thing. Kindra, who has lusted after Mack, agrees. However, what will happen once their experiment ends.

"Press any Key". Jared Kinkaid has desired Candy Appleton since he first met her, but to escape his lust, he avoids her like the plague because he knows sex and business is a bad mix. However, his evasion has caused problems in developing the ad campaign for Chunk o Chocolate, so their boss signs them for an online couples' counseling seminar that is so sensual that Jared now knows what a hard drive is.

"User Friendly". The Three Commandos have hacked into Halley Connors on line catering service leaving behind her face on a highly endowed naked woman. She races to her best friend computer pro Evan Barrett to fix it. He can easily fix that job, but desperately wants Halley as his lover forever, but how to persuade his "sweet stuff" to take a chance on rebooting their relationship.

All three novellas are hot, obviously computer related and fun. Though the mixing of sex in the work place seems like trouble (as my beloved deceased father-in-law would say "don't s**t where you eat") as Jared has learned first hand. Cybersex and reality sex in the office may seem inappropriate, but readers will still enjoy surfing these tales.

Summary: Whew, very hot.
Review: Bad Boys Online is far and away the steamiest book I've read this year. Okay, it is maybe the hottest I've ever owned. Ms. McCarthy places believable contemporary characters in unbelievable situations. And then the fun begins. Her humor softens the erotica, and somehow makes it all the more sincere. I'd recommend this to anyone needing to shake things up a bit in the bedroom. A fantastic vacation-read.

Summary: What a great first book
Review: Erin McCarthy's debut novel Bad Boys Online is sensational. Its hits all the right spots, its funny, sexy and makes you want more!!

In Hard Drive, Kindra Hill has had this huge crush on her co-worker Mack Stone since the day he started working with her. Mack walks into her office one day and catches her having an online affair. Kindra insists to Mack it is much safer and not complicated but Mack issues a challenge of his own. He can prove to her that the old fashioned way is so much more satisfying.

Press Any Key, set Jared Kinkaid and Candy Appleton up for online counseling. Their boss feels that they need to work on their differences in order to be a better team. The course they end up with is for couples not coworkers. Jared has been fighting his attraction to Candy since day one. Candy has never had problems attracting men until Jared. She decides to pull out all the stops to get his attention.

User Friendly has caterer Halley Connors with a major problem on her website. She has been hacked, now the picture of her on the site no longer has clothes on, yikes. She runs for help to computer consultant and best friend, Evan Barrett. Evan and Halley have been friends for years and neither has let the other know that their feelings are more then friends. Evan sees this as a golden opportunity to push the envelope on their friendship.

I really enjoyed all three stories. The dialogue is so witty and snappy. The chemistry of the characters in each story is so steamy. Looking forward to more from this author.

Summary: hot but no chemistry
Review: I give this new author kudos for her wonderful sense of humor and steamy love scenes. But I didn't feel attached to the characters at all. It was about sex and humor but certainly not about romance. And while I enjoy a steamy book, I am a romance reader first and foremost. This book lacked romance.

Summary: My favorite Bad Boy book to date!
Review: I've read the entire Bad Boy series thus far. The newest offering called Bad Boys Online is by far my favorite. Erin McCarthy, Lori Foster's protegee, penned all three novellas. McCarthy supplies an irresistible mix of erotica and humor. Her stories are as hilarious as they are insatiable. I'm flabbergasted. This is such a wonderful gem!

My favorite story is Hard Drive. After discovering that Kindra Hill has an online lover, Mack Stone makes an offer that Kindra cannot refuse. For one night, he wants to turn all of her online fantasies into reality. But does Kindra want it to be a one-time thing?

Press Any Key is a tantalizing story of two hostile colleagues who secretly desire one another. When their boss suggests online counseling, things take a rather interesting twist...

In User Friendly, Halley Connor's life goes to pieces when she discovers that her catering website has been hacked. However, Evan Barrett, the gorgeous computer guru and friend of Halley's, is there to sort it all out. But will Halley and Evan be able to resist the mutual secret attraction?

As said earlier, this is the best Bad Boy anthology ever written. I couldn't put it down. I hope that Ms. McCarthy will be featured in future Bad Boy anthologies.

Summary: This Debut Novel Made It To My Keeper Shelf!!!
Review: Not only does Ms. McCarthy have a great sense of humor she manages to mix it with hot steamy chemistry and romance. Not an easy mix.

My favorite of the anthology is "Hard Drive." In this story Kindra is caught having a cyber love affair by the one guy she is willing to get hot and steamy with! Mack can't believe that Kindra would rather have an impersonal affair instead of a live and in person one. So he challenges her to 12 hours of unbridled sex. Kindra accepts his challange but the fun of the whole story is that they find more then buring hot chemistry, they find each other.

"User Friendly" was a sweet romance between best friends. Halley has it bad for her best friend and would rather keep his friendship then screw it up with sex. Evan has the same feelings regarding Halley. She stares in every erotic fantasy he has but again he is afraid that Halley would run screaming if he admited his feeling to her. Well, fate fixes there problem Evan's website has been hacked and has left cyber Halley without any cloths. Well, neither of them can avoid each other now and it's really only a matter of time before they each realize how the other is feeling.

"Press Any Key" is a fun co-workers story. Candy thinks Jared can't stand her and she is confused as to what she could have done to the G.Q. like man to have him be so upset. Jared on the other hand is tooooo attracted to the sweet Candy and keeps his distance in order to keep things professional. Again fate steps in in the form of their mutal boss. He decides what these two people need is a counseling session online to provide help in getting their working relationship off the ground. Boy it does more then that!!!

This was a fast paced read with 3 very entertaining stories. The chemistry is hot, and the laughs are plenty. I eagerly wait for Ms. McCarthy's next book!
