Rating: Summary: A good story Review: I liked this one, though not as much as the first in the series. MJ and Jack were definitely a great match. There is a lot of action in this one, and a ton of sparks between MJ and Jack. They rarely stop their bantering, and when they do, then they have fireworks of a different kind. The plot on this one is a little far fetched, but none of the plots in this trilogy are very realistic. This is escape reading at its best!
Rating: Summary: Best of the series and the series is good Review: I Love Nora Roberts. This book was not a dissapointment. In fact, of the three Star series books, this one was my favorite. I particularly liked the sparks that fly whenever Jack and MJ are together. I found that this one had the best mystery to it as well. Although all three books can stand alone, they are much better read in order.
Rating: Summary: A Fan of Eve Dallas Review: I thought this was better than the third one but I did not care for the characters as well as I did Bailey and Cade. Sometimes Jack seemed a little too cold, and M.J. seemed kind of witchy-with-a-B. I didn't like how ticked off he got when she started to cry. Some people have emotions, it's not a character flaw. And I thought the lovemaking scene at the mountain house was out of character for him, not to mention VERY corny. But at least it didn't have the STUPID ending of the third book. And I didn't find it believeable that M.J. would be a fifth-degree blackbelt, or that she could fall in love with someone who once handcuffed her to a cheap motel room bed. Unless she's in to that kind of thing. But don't get too excited... it's not what you think. But if she's a fifth-degree black belt? Why does she run from the bad guys? Why doesn't she just beat the snot out of them?... Oh, and one more thing... EW! She wears Grace's clothes without any underwear???

Rating: Summary: A Fan of Eve Dallas Review: I won't give another synopsis of this book since it seems to be pretty well covered. I read the 3rd book of the Mithra series first and had to go out and get the first two. I enjoyed all three books, but Captive Star was my favorite because M.J. reminded me so much of Eve Dallas and I love the Death series.
Rating: Summary: Good book! Review: LADY ON THE LAM...it should have been a piece of cake. All he had to do was pick up some pretty little bail jumper who wasn't even bothering to hide. But cynical bounty hunter Jack Dakota soon discovered there was nothing easy about spitfire M.J O'Leary - or about this case. Someone had set them both up. Now they were handcuffed together and on the run from a pair of hired killers. And M.J. wasn't talking - not even when Jack found a gigantic blue diamond hidden in her purse. Everything told Jack this alluring vixen couldn't be trusted...everything, that is, except his captive heart.
Rating: Summary: The Mirtha Star series Review: Nora Roberts keeps getting better and better with every book I read. This star series is no exception. Each book is connected and "flows" into each other. Very similar to Sea Swept, Inner Harbor and Rising Tides. Like other Roberts trilogies, you MUST read these in order. Hidden Star about Bailey and Cade then Captive Star about Jack and M.J and finally Secret Star about Grace and Seth. The last book in my opinion is really the best although it's a tie between the second and third books. The passion in each story grows but more than passion is the unbelievable bond between each woman and the men they fall in love with. Not to mention the bond between three friends. Like most Nora Roberts series each story has humor, romance, mystery, sex murder, kidnappings, rescuing, strength and a intellegent theme. Three stars of Mirtha has a mythogical history to it. Wonderful stories I can't say enough. Nora Roberts is a Goddess. Tell everyone you know....and read, read, read.

Rating: Summary: Nora Roberts Once Again Shows Why She Is The Best! Review: This book had everything you could want. Characters you could both believe in and care about, an intriguing story line and a great ending. If you haven't read this book yet - you are really missing out!
Rating: Summary: Very Good Entertainment Review: This book moves, and moves fast. It's great to read a book that keeps the action coming and the romance sizzling. Read this one and then the other two of the Star series. They are all great and tie together very interestingly. Great job Nora!!!
