Review: This book took me two days to read. The drama and storyline was really good. Yani acted stupid to me in the story. How could you even consider sitting down with a man who's been missing for five years. She missed her husband's big premiere night because she was in Florida thinking about her ex-husband. Then she had the nerve to get mad at Alex because he was out all night. Some women.

Summary: Welcoming Shonda Cheekes With Open Arms
Review: Shonda Cheekes makes an incredible, fearless, and breath- taking breakthrough with Another Man's Wife. An excellent page-turner which depicts the many trials and triumphs we go through finding true love, losing love, and then taking the risk of exposing ourselves, in hopes of finding it again. Cheekes also portrays when we are forced to either hold on, let go, or have faith that our relationships will somehow work themselves out. Her characters are lovable, friendly, and identifiable as they come to life with each turn of the page. And no matter how hard you try there is no way to prepare yourself for an ending that is poignant,satisfying, and unexpected. I'm sure I speak for all who have read Mrs. Cheekes novel when I say that we are greatly anticipating novel number 2.

Review: "Another Man's Wife" is an excellent work by an outstanding author. Upon reading the book, i immediately came to care for the characters - and by the middle of the book i couldn't put it down! If you enjoy good fiction, check out "Another Man's Wife." It was truly enjoyable and i look forward to reading more of Mrs. Cheekes' works.

Summary: Is She Really Another Man's Wife?
Review: Shonda Cheekes did an excellent job with her debut novel 'Another Man's Wife'. The book is about Yani, a single mother of two, but she hadn't always been single. She was married to a man named Jarrin and they had a beautiful life in Flordia...that is until he left her without a warning to take care of her two children all by herself. Yani had no idea what happened to Jarrin she figured that he was dead since she hadn't heard from him in five years.
On New Years Eve Yani hooks up with a man named Alex who treats her like a women needs to be treated. It has been five years since Yani had any type of intimate relationship and she begins to fall hard for Alex. I wish I could say that everthing turns out like a fairytale but there are a few suprises that begin to pop up in Yani's life...Jarrin is one of them.
This book was a true page turner. It had me up late at night talking to Yani and Alex out loud. I know my boyfriend thought I was crazy talking to a book but this book just brought out emotions. Pick this book up if you want some type of drama in your life. Even if you don't want drama....still pick this book up because it is not to be overlooked.

Review: Another Man's Wife by Shonda Cheekes is an EXCELLENT book to read! I love the way Mrs.Cheekes had set the flow of the novel of her book. I enjoyed every moment of this book from start to finish. Another Man's Wife is a MUST have! I recommend that everyone should purchase a copy for there own personal collection

Review: When you read the first sentence, it captivates your soul so you are almost going through the things with Yani, Alex, and Asia. Shonda, takes you on a fantastic roller coaster ride, that will have you talking to yourself long after you put Another Man's Wife down. It'll even have you picking your book back up to make sure you didn't miss anything. I recommend this to any and everyone!
