Rating: Summary: Okay but Could Have Been Better Review: Let me start off by saying - I love Julie Garwood books, The Lyon's Lady is one of my all time favorites! I liked the Wedding and the Bride as well, but this book just didn't do a thing for me! It was so boring! And to tell us the secret and have the hero find out so soon! The book read a little too typical for my liking. If you like Garwood books, get it, but if you're looking for page after page of excitement - try another! I'm still going to get Ransom to see if the Ramsey and Brodick story turns out better.
Rating: Summary: AN AWESOME BOOK!!!!!! Review: This book was one of Julie Garwood's best. It touched me in every way and I fell in love with all the characters. Especially Judith and Iain. I loved the way that Ms. Garwood made them so real that I felt like I was apart of the book instead of just a reader. I also loved the humour, I laughed so much tears came to my eyes. It was so wonderful, once I had finished it I read it again. I never miss any of Ms. Garwood's books because I know they will always be good
Rating: Summary: STILL VOTE IT THE BEST OF GARWOOD! Review: I read this book years ago but I still remember it as the best of Julie Garwood. Right from the beginning I just couldn't stop following the adventures of Judith and the witty dialogue. I felt like I was watching a fantastic movie instead of reading a book as I was so engrossed in it. I laughed out loud at certain parts and cried at others, the story was so well-crafted! I have not read Ransom which I saw from other reviews that it was a sequel but I am going to check it out!
Rating: Summary: A Fantasy Come True Review: This book was so awesome that I never took my eyes off the pages until I was finished with the book. It's funny, sad, and so romantically written that I cannot wait to read the sequel Ransom and find out what happened to Brodrick and Ramsey...
Rating: Summary: Ties with RANSOM! Review: This was a wonderful book. (as all of JGs are). I couldn't put this down, and finished it at 2 am in the morning! I loved it. Julie is a great writer and I look forward to reading many more of hers!
Rating: Summary: It will tug on your heart Review: Absolutley wonderful. I have read and reread many times, and it never gets old. You will fall in love with Judith and the rest of the characters!
Rating: Summary: The best romance ever read!!! Review: I thought this book was one of the very best i have read, when it comes to romances. I fell in love with all characters and I think I will love ALL of Julie Garwoods books!
Rating: Summary: CAN'T PUT THIS ONE DOWN !!! Review: A total stranger recomended this book. I said why not?? I am so glad I did. I enjoyed every line. Every time I said ok enough, you have to SOMETHING today. I found my self back at it. I can't wait until I read RANSOM. I am very grateful she left out the heavy Scottish dialect. Sometimes it just gets in the way of the story. thanks JG...
Rating: Summary: Julie Garwood is a force to reckon with! Review: This book along with every other of her books is an enchanting tale that always leaves you with a smile on your face.I eagerly await all of her books.
Rating: Summary: THIS IS A CUTE BOOK Review: This is my first book of Julie Garwood. She is a wonderful writer. This book is very cute! It wasn't boring or dirty. I read a book that was very good but it was dirty. The only problem with this book is that it reads fast!!! I wish there was a "sequel" but that can't be possible. Oh! i love this book! I want to read the next book about Ramsey and Brodick!
