Summary: linda howard at her best
Review: I love LH books and to me this is her absolute best and my favorite.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Great As Ever!
Review: I liked this book and recomend it. There are a few scenes that are a bit rough to take, but they seem to be realistic. Like her many other works, "After the Night" has the right mixture of mystery and romance. It makes the reader to want to get the rest of cast... specially about what happens to Faith's friend Margot and Detective Ambrose.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Emotionally powerful!
Review: This is one of my favorites by Linda Howard. I thought Faith could have been stronger, but it was believable, considering her circumstances. I can see how it may not suit some people's taste, but I thought it was well written and moving.

Summary: Okay.
Review: Though this book is much better than 'All that Glitters', I don't like the abusive behaviour of the so-called hero. Like the hero in 'All that Glitters', he treats the heroine like a dog and never repents or apologizes or comes to see that his behavior is wrong.

This heroine, though not the limp dishrag of the other book, still maintains an incredible love and lust for a man who has done nothing but treat her like dirt.

Also, it was quite obvious from the beginning 'who done it'.

Summary: Sexy, mysterious and exciting!
Review: I loved this book and all books set in the steamy South. Faith was a beautiful person, and I couldn't help but love Gray. Their romance was very hot, just what I have come to expect from Linda Howard. I have been a fan of hers ever since I read the first McKenzie book in the 80's. I never miss one of her books. Her characters are always strong and exciting. I always want to crawl right into her books.

Summary: Wonderful Romance Novel!!
Review: My sister insisted that I read this book. I am so glad she did. The characters were so real, so well written. The romance between them was so sweet. I would recommend this book to anyone that loves to read romance at its best!

Summary: Best romance I've read so far.
Review: I've read many romance novels, but this is my favorite, mainly because of the development of the main characters. I thought Faith Devlin and Gray Rouillard were very appealing, extremely sexy, and together made the pages burn. Linda Howard's best so far, and I've liked them all. Please write more books using characters like these, and thanks for a great read. Also, this would make a great movie.

Summary: Sizzling Romance !!!
Review: Gray and Faith are my favourite h/h and After the Night is my favourite Romance novel so far. The chemistry between the 2 protaganists is so intense and sizzling that it fairly burn the pages. The sexual tension between the two is so palpable that a knife can't cut through. I finished the book in one sitting which kept me glued to it until the wee hours of the morning. The terrible headache I had that day due to lack of sleep was worth it !!! I recommend this book whole heartedly if you like your romance a little bit dark, your hero sexy and the love scenes scorching !

Summary: AS USAUAL A FINE BOOK
Review: I THOUGHT THIS WAS ONE OF HER BETTER BOOKS. VERY ENTERTAINING AND ADVENTURIOUS. READ IT IN TWO DAYS I AM A BIT BIASED, AS I LOVE LINDA'S WORK. I WOULD RECOMEND THIS AND ALL HER OTHERS. NORM JOHNSON (WZRD IN MIND @AOL.COM)

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Mediocore - not Linda Howard's best.
Review: This book disapointed me. I found the main characters as well as the plot unintersting. The style is forced and although well developed. Linda Howard has written better, much better
