Review: This book was off the hook. I could totally relate to the characters and it was a very book that is very easy to read. I finished it in less than 2 days. It was totally awesome. I have to get her other books now. She's an excellent writer. I didn't know what to expect. I'd never heard of Zane before now. She's is definitely one to be reckoned with as a writer. The story line kept you you intrigued and wanting to know more. I'm so glad I ordered it. It had all the elements of a good novel, i.e., mystery, a complete storyline, sex, murder, etc. It's a must read!

Review: In my opinion addicted is by far one of THE best books I've ever read! Zane's writing is spectacular. This book is a Definite page turner. I couldnt put it down, I was able to picture every character as if I knew them. I started reading her other book (the Sex Chronicles).. and thought this would be similiar, but Addicted is much better!! It kept be wanting to know what would happen next!! I think it ended good (unlike alot of books)... and if the ending left you scratching your head I think you need to go back , and re-read it.

Review: This book was definitely a good read. Zane's descriptions are so vivid, it's almost as if you're watching a movie. As a matter of fact, I think that they should turn it into a movie.

Review: Addicted can be described in one word: PHENOMENAL! From the sizzling sex scenes to the genuine tale of everlasting love... this book is a must read for anyone who wants to quickly judge a book by it's cover. Zoe's fairytale marriage was perfect but we all too quickly will learn that we are all on the outside looking in! I read the book in 2 days & I can't wait to read ALL other titles by Zane. Terry McMillan, E. Lynn Harris & Eric Jerome Dickey have some serious competition!

Review: This is by far the worst book I have ever read. I was looking for a good read for my Thanksgiving break when I came across this title in Essence Magazine's top ten Fictional paperbacks.
I kept hoping it would get better but it never did. The writing was very poor and the plot line was predictable. I could not connect with any of the characters and did not care what happend to them. Save your (...)4 dollars and pass (...)

Summary: Good Book....
Review: Addicted is very well written and easy to read. However, I expected a little bit more from it. Sure, it was enteraining, but I didn't think that it depicted anything "real". Unless someone was born with exceptional bad luck, I don't see how they can meet so many disturbing and disfunctional people in the span of just a of couple months. I took the book for what it was: pure fiction and nothing more (maybe sci-fi). I do however recommend this book to all who are seeking to escape from reality. It will definitly do the trick! But if you are trying to relate to the characters, it may be kind of difficult. Anyway, enjoy!

Summary: It was okay, but......
Review: ....I was expecting more. The story seemed cut very short and extremely predictable at the end. Just once I'd like for a book to end leaving you wondering "what if?". She has an affair with a woman and I definitely thought this should have been explored a little bit more. Also her husband Jason has some issues as well, and I thought they could have talked about that more too. Also one of the men she has an affair with has some serious mental problems and I don't really know why that was thrown into the book, I didn't see the point. I'm glad that another reviewer touched on the fact that safe sex wasn't even mentioned AT ALL, yet she's running around with men she doesn't even know their last names and doesn't even mention condoms or anything, even when she sees one of the men she's having an affair with having sex with another woman. It was a cool book, but nothing I would consider Black erotica. Just a good romp in the hay. Nothing erotic about it at all.
