Summary: A pleasant read
Review: Tears of the Moon, the second in Nora's latest Irish trilogy, is a lovely story. I loved the way she mixes in the legend of the fairy prince Carrick along with the story of the Gallaghers. The characters are delightful but not the best she's ever done. It is a wonderful role reversal though with Shawn doing the cooking and Brenna repairing all the broken appliances. This is definitely worth reading on a pleasant summer or spring afternoon.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A Great Read
Review: This is Nora Roberts at her best. I love her books that follow families and this trilogy is shaping up to be the best. Brenna and Shawn have a great role-reversal relationship. Full of laughter, tears, witty banter, and magic Tears of the Moon is a great story.

Summary: Another Nora Roberts success!
Review: Nora Roberts has done it again. With wit and grace she sets forth two amazing characters and sweeps the reader away. I loved this book and read it in one sitting. The beauty and mysticism of the Irish, land and culture, are lovingly portrayed. The people are funny and quirky and very true to life. I am really looking forward to the final book in this trilogy.

Summary: Another enjoyable book!
Review: I really enjoyed this book. I have been waiting for Tears of the Moon since I read Jewels of the Sun last fall. I am ready to go and visit Ireland. Nora Roberts does a wonderful job describing the village of Ardmore and makes you want to live there. Even though this book does not have a mystery to solve, you are drawn into the lives of these characters and find yourself wanting to go and live in this village with them. I am ready for the third book, Heart of the Sea. It will be a long wait until the end of the year!

I read my first Nora Roberts book a year ago and have to say she is one of the best storytellers around. If you haven't read anything by her, you are missing a real treat.

Summary: Tears of the Moon
Review: Nora Roberts has a winner here! This one I completed in less than 24 hours - could NOT put it down! To think that it isn't always the most feminine appearing of heroines who get the man - and on her own terms. "The O'Toole" and Shawn really light up life in Ardmore Bay. This series ranks equally with the Concannon sisters in the Born In trilogy - you can close your eyes and immediately feel you are at home on the Emerald Isle - wonderful!

Summary: Outstanding
Review: Nora Roberts has out done her self again. This was another great book and I cant wait for Heart of the Sea to come out. If you dont have this book then you need to get it fast!

Summary: tears of the moon
Review: I could not wait to get to the store for this book.Nora Roberts really knows the way of the irish, orginally from Ireland myself and living so close to Ardmore, I feel she really has the Irish culture transferred to paper. I also loved the way she incorporates all of the charachters to develop a unity in her books that does not get boring, all of the main people have their own definite way about them and of course magic always abounds and gives us a time to dream about what could be , if only in the pages of her books.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Tears of the Moon
Review: I found this book to be as good as the first one, Jewels of the Sun. I liked the chacters and the interaction of the entire Gallagher family. I can't wait for the final book, though I can predict the next romantic interest for Darcy Gallagher. I enjoy having Prince Carrick appear, and the Lady Gwen.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: More fireworks and whimsey than before!
Review: Oh what tangled webs web Nora Roberts weaves. This story is a delightful tangle of two people who work through changes in a longstanding relationship, and the immortals who are involved in their own saga who are depending on these foolish mortals to ultimately help them. Shades of a Midsummer Nights Dream. Brenna is one of Ms. Robert's more original characters. However she does learn more about herself and shows that she has more sensitivity than she gives herself credit for. It's interesting how Ms. Roberts's fleshes out more of the other people in Ardmore to add color and texture to the main characters. The O'Toole family is part of the story as are Kathy Duffy and Jack Brennon. This story has a different flow than Jewels of the Sun, but you would expect more fireworks from Brenna as she shifts through her growing feelings for Shawn. That's Brenna's style. What about Shawn'? Well- let's just say- he has the surprise of his life from Brenna, but he catches up quickly enough. A person of a deliberate nature he may be, but slow he isn't. He figures out how to handle Brenna at her own speed.

As in real life people we care about can be hurt by our actions. Brenna deals with this as her new relationship with Shawn is discovered. Not only do Brenna and Shawn struggle with their own feelings, but those of their families as well. What they gain out of their gifts to each other are deeply held dreams that become a reality. The story of Carrick, Price of the Fairies and Lady Gwen is more tightly woven into this book than the first one. I can hardly wait for the final book in the trilogy. . It definitely has the Nora Robert's touches of whimsical, Irish romance.

Summary: Tears of the Moon
Review: Overall, I liked this book well enough to give it four stars. The characters continue the story of Jewels of the Sun, as expected. The best aspect of the book was getting to see more of these characters, including some of the minor ones; for example, Breanna's father was included more. The aspect that caused a minus one star effect was the character of Shawn. Somehow, he seemed a little too manipulative in a couple of scenes. However, everything worked out in the end, and I would recommend this book without hesitation to any romance reader.
