Summary: I couldn't put it down!
Review: Another fantastic book from Nora Roberts. I started it on Tuesday morning, and I put everything else aside until I finished it. All the characters are wonderful, the love story was great and the settings were great too. I will say I also guessed who the bad guy was--so the suspense level wasn't high--but all the elements of the story were worth every minute of my time. If you have any doubt in your mind about this book, put it aside, and buy this book.

Summary: After reading the prologue I knew I had picked a Winner!
Review: I have read only the first 3 chapters in I can't seem to turn the pages fast enough. I wasn't surprised Nora Roberts being one of my favorites and she hasn't dissipointed me yet. Thanks Nora!

Summary: Absolutely Fantastic - A Must Read!
Review: Nora has done it again! River's End was well worth the wait. Although I had to read through my tears for the first few chapters, her character development and her sense of suspence is truly remarkable. I highly recommend this book to everyone. It's sad, funny, chilling, romantic, cerebral, imaginative and truly wonderful. Her description of the landscape in Washington was so well done, it was as if you were right there looking out the window at the forest and the trails. I don't know how she does it, but she's pulled off another 5 star book!

Summary: This book is excellent
Review: This was the first Nora Roberts book that I have ever read before and I have to say that I have been missing out on some excellent stories. Rivers End keeps you engrossed from the beginning to the end. It will make you laugh and it will make you cry. Excellent book. I will recommend it to everyone I know.

Summary: WONDERFUL!
Review: I purchased River's End at one of Nora Roberts book signings...read it that weekend in one sitting!! It was 'one of her best', but I have to say that I DID figure out who the villian was right away, and I was right! This did not discourage me from thoroughly enjoying the story, as I could have been wrong. Cannot wait for NR's next book!! I am now buying all the audios I can (of her books), then I can enjoy them while driving in my car!! The best of both worlds!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Her best book yet! It kept me entranced all night!
Review: I have been a Nora Robert's fan for a long time but enjoyed this one the most. Well written, full of suspense and most importantly, lacking mistakes, typo's, etc. Quality work! and will recommend it to all--Thank you Nora Roberts!

Summary: Nora's best!
Review: Move over Genuine Lies (my former favorite of Nora Roberts' books)! River's End is Nora's best book ever!

I often laugh when reading Nora's books because Ms. Roberts' humor is scintillating, but this book did what no other has done. It moved me to tears. Tears literally clogged my throat and pricked my eyes as I read the climax. Beautiful. Bravo, Nora!

Summary: Nora is going strong
Review: When Olivia was only four years old her world collapsed. Her parents, screen legends, separated due to his excessive cocaine habit. One night, Livvy heard a noise, went downstairs to investigate, and found her mother lying dead from a multitude of knife wounds. Her father was standing nearby holding the murder weapon. Due in part to her taped testimony, her father was sentenced to life in prison. Olivia moved in with her grandparents to an isolated part of Washington State.

Olivia is now an adult who still cannot deal with "daddy." Ironically, "daddy" returns into her life when Noah Brady, the son of the police officer who arrested her father, wants to interview her about the incident. Noah, author of true crime books, has the opportunity to write the story because Livvy's father is willing to break a two-decade old silence. Though Livvy is attracted to Noah, she refuses to be part of the book. However, once a door is opened, there is no telling what waits on the other side.

There is no praise that has not been bestowed on Nora Roberts, a genre legend. RIVER'S END is the typical great Roberts psychological suspense surrounded by a family drama and a hot romance. The well-plotted story line works because the likable characters come across as genuine. Ms. Roberts obviously still has the touch that has made her one of the all-time greats.
