Rating: Summary: Puts all the pieces together Review: I loved this book, it was very straight forward and easy to understand. After reading this book a lot of what I have been reading on the UFO phenomenom has become very clear, the causation of it all and everything. The book speaks of God as we do; God of the universe, but doesn't mention a devil. I was forced to wonder and take my religious beliefs into context. Still just as confused but I still gave it a 4 star review and bought Steps to Knowledge by Mr. Summers.
Rating: Summary: OK book for the novice, but I'm skeptical about the author Review: I've always been very skeptical of most channnels, and Summers' is no exception. The scenerio in his book, has been around for nearly 2 decades. The information in this book could have easily been inspired by Val Valerian's "Matrix" book series, which has been around since the inception of the Internet. DO NOT CONFUSE VALERIAN'S BOOKS WITH THE MATRIX MOVIE. The Matrix volumes will send you running for the blue pill, as it challenges ALL human illusions and hang ups....its great, fabulous, and it'll break you surely and completely, so as to allow you to open up to really changing your perspective. Also, The shocking alien books by David Icke, don't buffer the reader either, and his material is based on eyewitness accounts. Icke also, has been around much longer that Summers. Also, I felt the book had the slightest cult like undertone to it, which I try to avoid like the plague, as they are most often "fear magnets". The only thing to fear would be our inability to shed the many illusions that we have been drenched with since human birth, like gender identification. I don't necessarily believe we are destined to "overcome" or "defeat" the aliens, etc. We are players in a game. When we leave the planet, the games over, until we come back and do it again. If that idea sounds miserable, and you don't wish to return to suffering, and manipulative aliens and governments...then its time to evolve while in your present incarnation. Remove all your present earthly illusions and move on. I gave "Allies" 3 stars anyway, because it is a good starter book for the sheeple, and since its based on truth, it really doesn't matter whether Summers channeled it or took the idea from other sources. Its only the beginning though. Read it, THEN read what you need: trufax.org which I believe is Val Valerian's material, and David Ickes' books too.
Rating: Summary: Unfortunately, it's probably true Review: Like some of the other reviewers, I was greatly disturbed by this book - mostly because in my inner core I feel that it is true. It makes entire sense - there are no contradictions between what is said in this book and my inner beliefs. It does not ask us to do anything contrary to our nature or bad for us. Indeed, it harkens us to be even more diligent on our spiritual paths. Actually, what is asked of each of us is relatlively simple - be aware, use discernment, and don't trust strangers and their promises. The difficult part is to get most of humanity to cast aside their illusions and do this. The Allies of Humanity only ask us to actually learn from our mistakes - we routinely say that history repeats itself, yet in the Western world we cannot fathom that we will be the natives that are conquered. I do believe, however, that our own media is preparing us - Independence Day, The Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Star Trek, They Live, the X-Files: Films and shows that are introducing us to the idea of extraterrestrials, showing that some would like to take what we have, and issuing a rallying cry for all the peoples of the world to unite and stand firm against the invaders, even it it seems like we are against the odds. This has certainly been a cornerstone of the human spirit, especially American spirit, and I only pray that enough people become aware of the truth and use their inner wisdom to distinguish foes from friends.
